+ -1 moreUnderstandably, I was asking a lot for someone to be able to come out the same day when I didn't make my first phone calls until 3pm. I would have understood if no one could make it out today. Not only was Mr. Heath able to come to my house today, but he and his co-worker were technically done with their scheduled appointments, and had to drive from the other side of town to get to my house from their last appointment.
Description of Work: I had an emergency where my septic tank was backing up into my bathtub. Unfortunately, I did not find this out until about 3pm this afternoon. I was desperately trying to find someone who could come out today so that I could use water in my house without making my bathtub the indoor septic tank.

Description of Work: It was actually a Holiday when I had an emergency situation and needed my tank pumped immediately! I was able to reach them and they were here within 2 hours to perform the job, very quick and efficient! Highly recommend them!

+ -1 moreThey were very polite. Very forgiving, as my septic cap was under the outdoor dog kennel under a layer of chicken wire, which they had to pull up. I did go out and clean up any dog mess that was out there. Again very forgiving, as I didn't know where the cap was, and the kennel was a mess due to recent snow and rain. They got the work done and put the ground back the way it was. I was very pleased with the ease and efficiency of how the service was performed. I also want to add that I called them at 10am and they said someone would call around noon and be out soon after. I received the call at about 12:30 (very acceptable) and they were here shortly after and were done performing services about 30 to 40 minutes later, (an estimate). I was very impressed that they came out same day as well. I will be calling them for my future septic needs.
Description of Work: They came out, dug up my septic tank cap, and emptied my septic.

Description of Work: I was deployed, and my wife told me the septic system was backed up. She called the company we had used for the past 25 years and paid them to pump the tank out and jet out the drain lines, in August 2012. Well...They did the pumping out, but never bothered to open the distribution box. So, I got to pay for drain cleaning that was never done, and the system was backed up again. They even tried to claim we needed the drain field replaced. I called Roy Heath and they came out that day and did everything. Perfect. I don't expect miracles from anyone, just what I pay for. This company will have my business from now on. The drain field? Works fine.

Description of Work: I can't say what their service is like, but I can tell you that they are not trying to rip you off. I called for some routine service on my septic system because they had two previous high ratings on this site. When I gave her my address, the polite woman on the phone told me that she would be happy to perform the service but there was a company much closer to my home that would be able to do it much cheaper due to the distance. True honest professionals.
