Ray's Septic Svc

Terrible took the money and did not perform the service. Never leave the premises while someone is pumping your tank. Lesson learned!

I did not get the name of the woman I spoke with, but when I called an explained the situation, she told me that she would call the two trucks that they had out on jobs to see if they could fit me in today. Due to the short time frame I had to work with, and I really needed to be able to use the water in my house without making my bathtub the indoor septic tank, I made a couple of other calls. Before Ray's Septic could give me a callback, I was able to schedule a same-day appointment with another company. I called Ray's back to let them know that I would be unable to use their services this time, and apologized for any additional work I had put the representative through. She not only was gracious about the situation, but was quite helpful when I asked her if she knew of anyone who could remove and replace my current septic tank. She gave me three different names and numbers in my area, as well as explained to me that I would have to contact the Dept. of Environmental Services to obtain a permit before I could have the work done (which was incredibly helpful since I had no idea that was required). She gave me the number I would need to contact, and even gave me a run-through of the process I could expect in dealing with Environmental Services. Having already told her that I would not be using their company today, I was even more impressed that she took time out of her day to help me out in a very stressful situation. Though I can't speak to their job performance, I would definitely recommend this company to others. If this is how helpful they are when I have told them I would be using someone else, I can only imagine that their service would be the same.

It was great. They solved the problem. I was supposed to get new drain lines put in from another company. But they said that we try that and it worked great. I did not have any problems. When I saw them on the phone book I realized that I have used them a couple of times before.

They were less expensive than the company we had before. They were fast, efficient, cordial and did the job. They came less than 24 hours after our phone call.
