Badly. First contact with the company staff was OK but follow-up contact for service was horrible and non-responsive. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The great service I received from Powell's Appliance and LP Gas Inc began when I spoke with the receptionist about my appliance needing repair. I was provided with estimated costs for the service needed which ended up being the cost I actually paid. The technician was very prompt and actually arrived a little sooner than the original appointment time. Powell's technician was very professional and polite. He got to work right away on replacing the water line for my freezer. When an additional plumbing problem was encountered, the technician informed me of the issue. I recommend this company and plan to use them again if I encounter any other appliance issues.

i called the company set up an appointment to have the freezer looked at, the next day they came out right then he cleaned the coils told me what our problem was what part we needed he ordered the part came back 2 days later installed the part, stayed 30min after he insatlled it to make sure it was working right, put everything back in its place cleaned up his area and left.

They were honest. The guy could have tried to sell me all different types of things. They were on time and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They ended up charging a little less than what the bid was.
