Picture Perfect Landscape

Picture Perfect Landscape are not as prompt as they should be. I told him one time to come every two weeks and he said that means every two weeks in between so it would be every three weeks. Then he came pretty good but then he didn't come every week like he should. He is very nice, very gentlemanly, he's dependable but I have a hard time getting him here every week. I know it's because he's so busy and I realize I'm very hard to please but that's because I've always done my own yard work. I would recommend Picture Perfect Landscape.

Due to the circumstances, all services were not rendered, costs had to be adjusted and professionalism was not maintained. Understandably, services were delayed due to a family situation, but no follow up contact was made to me as the client, my number was lost several times and I did not have the immediate responsiveness that I had expected. Fear that this was not a reliable company, I cancelled all future services and this caused the company to deter from our pressure washing agreement and installation of an adapter to my gutter.

His name is William Parker and he is outstanding. We pay him $200 per month. He is extremely thorough. If he says he is going to do it, he does it. I had to call the other lawn people almost every time to come back and fix something and I've never had to call him. He goes above and beyond. He is a very hard worker. His policy is that he wants to please his customer.
