I think they are great and very thorough. They go out of the way to make appointments that work for our family. They are very thorough about using chemicals that are safe for our pets and kids. They are great about coming out last minute, so if I see any bugs they come out right away.

They don’t do any work, they just come once a year and inspect the house. They see if there are any signs of pest or termites. I question them walking around the house just to check for termites but it is a good job. I question whether I am getting what I am paying for. If anything comes up they would come and spray. I have a new house and this contract came with the house that’s why I continued with it otherwise I think it is a lot of money for them to inspect the house once a year. The price is equal to what other companies charge.

I would recommend Modern Exterminating. They do a great job. They are very courteous. They aren't pushy at all. They don't try to tell you things that you don't need. You don't have to have a contract. If you see one bug, they will come back out.

I am on an annual contract with them; they are friendly and seem to know what they are doing. When we moved into this house they had been doing the pest control for the previous owners so we just kept them as our vendor. I will use them again in the future.

I am very pleased. I am satisfied with them. They are always on time and courteous. They are professional and they seemed to know what they are doing. They give you an estimate and they stick to it. They don’t try to gauge you at the end. They can always lower their prices, not really. I got the services that I paid for. I would rate them highly. I would recommend them and I would use them again in the future.

They are pretty good. I only had a problem one time. I found some termites in the back door. I got hold of Modern Exterminating. They came right out and replaced the whole door and filled all the concrete. They put killer down in there. I haven't had any problem since then. They come out once a year. I got them on a contract. They come out once a year and do a termite inspection around the house and inside the house and make sure they don't find any termite trails. I know what termites look like and I know what kind of tracks they leave. When I found the signs of the termites in the door jamb, I called them up. They came out and fixed things immediately. The guy that comes out and services me, his name is Mike Beasley. He works for the company and he seems to know what he is doing every time he comes out here. I have built some sheds out in the back and he made sure that he came in and told me that although I had probably used treated wood down there, it is close to the ground so I should get the dirt away from the wood because the termites could still get into the wood if I left it right there for too long. He was very knowledgeable. I spend $78.00 a year. I will keep using their services.

It was a positive experience working with them. They also do our annual termite inspection. They were prompt and they are consistent. They follow up when their annual inspections are due. The explanations they gave us was clear and they killed our bugs and that was good.

They did an outstanding job. They are really professional. I am extremely satisfied with the job he did. I am really amazed with the job.

I have been using their services from 1967. They come around November or December. They haven’t come this year; so they will be coming within the next month. I spend around $100 for the continuation of the termite control contract. So far, I have liked them. I haven’t compared their price with anyone else. So far, I haven’t had any termites. They come on time. They call me and tell me when they are going to come. I have used them in the past and I will use them in the future too.

They were prompt. The guy came the same day I called and got it all done that day. I haven’t seen any termites so I think they did a good job digging trenches, drilling, and all that stuff. I have an annual contract with them now.

It is a yearly thing. I just called them yesterday and I am waiting for them to call me back.

It was wonderful!! He was early, called before he came. I have three dogs that are quite annoying (it took me a minute before I could put them up) and the dogs didn't even phase him. He asked what our problems were and asked me to show him where. Then he sprayed outside and inside. It was in and out and hopefully we will be done with these bugs!!!

I called them on Monday and the receptionist took my name and # and said that a technician would call to schedule an appointment. I recieved a call from him on Tuesday and we scheduled an appointment for Thursday morning. He arrived on time. I showed him where we had found the damage to foodstuffs. He checked the attic and each room in the house, then explained to me what he recommended. After I approved these actions he retrieved his product from his truck and proceeded to go into the attic and place the bait packets. He also placed packets beside the refridgerator, under the stove and sink and also in our bathroom under the sink. After this he walked the perimiter of the house to see if he could identify any exterior access points and went over anything that I should be aware of. Before leaving he went over what he had done and gave me a receipt for my payment and the services provided.

They are great. They charge $100 for termite inspection and $30 each time they come out to spray. Mike is the one who comes out to spray. He is a good person.

Nothing stands out. They are friendly and reasonable, they are your average exterminator.

My house is inspected annually by a tech named Elton. I say this because I appreciate the company keeping good, experienced employees. He is extremely understanding of my weird schedule with deployments, etc., and is very accomodating to meet someone in my absence, and he has always been easy to reach via his cell phone. He is extremely nice, and very thorough in his inspection. I usually pay via credit card with a call to the office and they always are very nice and professional in the payment transaction. I have never had a minute of frustration with this company... I would recommend them to anyone.

The overall experience is smooth and great everytime!
