Description of Work: Called on Wednesday 3 July. Was told someone would call me back that night or Friday morning at the latest. Friday evening i called again and the woman who answered told me the technician who pulled my ticket would call me OR she would call me back. Neither happened. Terrible customer service!!!

Our technician called this customer on 7/5/13 and 7/8/13, however, he misread and dialed the telephone number incorrectly by one digit. Our pest tech called the correct number today leaving a voice message that he is truly sorry for this mistake and any inconvenience it has caused, also leaving his direct work cell number to contact should he still need the service.
