 + -1 moreDonna came by the house and we talked about what I wanted done. She was on time and very polite/professional. She gave me an estimate and we scheduled a time/date when 2 ladies would arrive. Karen & Ashley arrived on time... actually, they were even a bit early. They were very friendly and worked hard for the entire time they were there. No messing around. These ladies can clean!!!! The room I referred to as the "cat room" was spotless. The floor looked fantastic and it was in pretty bad shape before they got there. They scrubbed the bathrooms so well, even the rings in the toilets from hard water were gone. Stainless steel appliances left shining like they were new. Baseboards cleaned so well, it looked like a fresh coat of paint. I'm very happy and could not have asked for more!
Description of Work: I asked for a deep cleaning of my whole house. I recently re-homed 2 cats due to allergies. They cleaned top-to-bottom. Everything!

Description of Work: The woman that did the estimate seemed very professional, and i was scheduled for monthly cleaning. The company employees started out doing a great job, but as time went on they started slacking off on doing a complete job. I had to have the company come back out twice because the maids didn't do a decent job at all. They didn't even clean the bathtubs which of course I was charged for.

 + -1 moreMy first impression about them was very good. If it were not for the price I would have hired them. I liked the quality of work they do. Their initial clean up is very good. Overall, they were very good.
Description of Work: I got a quote from Merry Maids but they were a bit pricy so I did not use them.

 + -1 moreThey broke a half a lightbulb up in a overhead bedroom light fixture. They did not tell me about it after the final cleaning, so we cancelled them from coming to our new house.
