+ -1 morellWhat a choice in contractors. They showed up when promised,they worked non stop untill lunch time.Not one person on the crew of about 7 stood around doing nothing.Every one new what he or she was supposed to do.I will call it a fine oiled machine.I have a fairly large home and they completed the job in two days.The equipment they used was very modern and up to date and the materials they used were really top of the line. I would reccomend this roofing contractor to anyone that wants a fair priced job with a professinal team working on their home.
Description of Work: He and his crew removed all old roofing and had to replace 60% of the rotted wood under the old shingles.They replaced the old style vents with a modern roof cap,and even gave us a color choice of replacement shingles.

Description of Work: I used Locklear Roofing several years ago. I don't remember the exact date or the amount of the work but it was for the entire roof, not just a patch or addition. They came to give me an estimate when they said they would come and they did the job when they said they would. They came while I was at work and did the entire job which was approximately 3200-3400 square feet. They were gone when I came home and I had a new roof. The site was extremely clean and I never found the first stray roofing nail. They installed new drip edge pieces and matched them to my existing trim.

+ -1 moreHe said if we had problems to give him a call. Someone in the neighborhood was getting work done and that person recommended him. He has since then done 2-3 more roofs in the neighborhood.
Description of Work: Locklear put on a roof then came out twice to look at a leak several years later.
