+ -1 moreWonderful she brings all of her own supplies and always asks if there are any changes that we would like to have made to the cleaning list she planned with us.
Description of Work: Laura did a full deep cleaning of my home. She was punctual, polite, well versed in cleaning products and the best ones to use when it came to some area of my home that needed special attention. I was amazed at how wonderful my house looke, especially after the holiday mess. We have continued to have Laura come on a weekly basis for over a year now. We are still as happy as the first time she cleaned our house.

house cleaning
+ -1 moreShe blamed me for not getting our dates scheduled and she was just rude. She gave me a sob story about how she could not clean my house because she had to clean 14 houses by herself. I would not use her because she cannot accept responsiblity for her mistakes and call people on time to make sure appointments were squared away. Very unprofessional.
Description of Work: She couldn't even show up twice when she was supposed to.

Description of Work: I paid for a move out cleaning. It was explained to me that this would cover windows, walls, blinds, appliances or as she put it 'everything inside'. Several windows had grime still on them and handprints from my son. Cabinet tops were still dirty, bath tubs were not as clean as I could of got them myself. The refridgerator was dirty and the oven looked as it was never touched. All in all it was a poor job. I simply told our buyers that they could contact her to come back. If I had paid the company to do this cleaning while I had to live in it, I would have had her back that afternoon. She was only there for 2 hours which should of been my first clue as to the job quality.

+ -1 morePunctual and comparably priced. Appeared to work hard and spent 6 hours in the home. Unfortunately the actual cleaning was not satisfactory. Counters not cleaned, doors and light switches not cleaned, mirrors and appliances marginally wiped-down. The cleaning effort could best be described as a 'inadequate dusting and marginal sweeping attempt'.
Description of Work: Retained for a 'thorough/detailed' home cleaning with the expectation we would use the service for follow-on weekly cleaning.
