Other roofers had indicated that our roof needed to be replaced due to a poor installation; however, JW indicated that the roof was adequate for another 10 years. He repaired a place that the other roofer had supposedly taken care of & wanted to see if that took care of the issue. We were most pleased & relieved. It has been almost a month with no further leaks. We will certainly call JW Roofing when we need our roof replaced. He is a"hands on" roofer who evaluates the work that he is responsible for. We have had others recommend him as well.

Outstanding work. John works right along side with his workers so that supervision is constant. Took about 5 hours to remove old roof & put new one one. Looked great. They removed all debris.

These GUYS were PRO's. Bossman was a LEADER and MANAGER... Workcrew (4) were alert and responsive to bosses desires... they methodically removed old shingles, replaced water=damaged wood roofing, and vented the house perfectly... Moved all vents to rear of house.. From front of house no vent age is seen... After completion,, they ran ELECTRO-MAGNETIC tool across driveway, yard, and decks to pick up all stray nails... clean-up was done superbly... Covered LARGE AREA....(Double-Deck House) .. jW and his crew are THE BEST! In spite of the rainy weather, this company exceeded expectations. They removed and replaced garage and house roofs and installed gutters and downspouts. The thorough cleanup was exceptional, picking up all bits and pieces. They completed the job and left our place immaculate. My wife and I give this company our highest recommendation!

Where do I begin to say the amazing job they did. JW came out the day I contacted them to get a quote for a new roof. After getting on roof to measure it, he explained all our options and pricing. I then worked with his wife who does all the office work to get the ball rolling. They were so kind and professional from beginning to end. We had weather delays but they kept us up to date on the day work was scheduled to start. First thing one the first day they ce out bright and early and got to work! They worked from 7 am to 530pm in desire heat but never slacked on making sure I had a quality product. They came back the next morning to finish everything up. Clean was amazing and not to mention the first day they made sure walk ways and driveway were cleaned to ensure no one would get hurt. He and his crew were very professional and kind especially when it came to needed to stop work a few times so I could let my dog out and when I left with my baby to do errands. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs a new roof... ps- they even cleaned out my gutters :-)

This company is EXCELLENT! They came out immediately for a quote which was well below what I got from everyone else and it was detailed and he went over what they would do. The day of the installation they were at our house on time, early even, and got right to work. They were easy to talk to, did great work and were done within hours of starting. A job I figured would take a day or two took them only 8-9 hours start to finish. When they were through they cleaned up after themselves, let me know they were done and that was that. I would recommend them to anyone in the Jacksonville area for any of their roofing needs. Courteous, professional and excellently priced for awesome work.

Excellent company. The owner came to house, work on the house and went through it with me when the job was complete. Everything was hauled away. The guys that work on the house were very professional and polite. When I had a question or concern, I got a quick reply from Candice. And the owner even came back to deliver something else I requested. They did went above and beyond what I expected. The price was also very good. Thank you.

After the initial estimate and once I agreed for JW Roofing to do the work the owner came by again just to make sure everything was right. On the day of install the team showed up and it was obvious they have worked together as a team for some time. Everything went smoothly and without any problems. The work was done faster than I expected from start to finish. I went outside to watch and was amazed at haw quickly they worked. When the roof was done the team made several trips around the house to pick up any debris and swept with magnets for nails. I haven't found any nails in 4 months so they were effective in the clean up. I have been contacted a couple times to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I have and will continue to recommend JW Roofing to others.

They were fantastic. He explained to me what needed to be done on my roof after he examined it and completed the job in a timely manner. All trash was taken away. They did a professional job! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. In fact I have another project in mind and I will be calling them.

The phone support for this company is excellent. I called after normal working hours to set up an estimate and they actually returned my call within 15 minutes. Apparently they are very busy because I could not get anyone out to do the estimate until nearly 1 week later. The actual work was not performed for another 4 days after the estimate. I was not given a receipt for any work done which was a bit unusual to me. Never the less, the work was completed satisfactory in the timeframe I was given.
Would I use them again? Perhaps.
