+ -1 moreThey came out to do the conversion, after they had already been here for the estimate, and decided they did not want to do it. When he did the assessment originally, he told us to purchase our own gas log from Lowe's and gave us the size to purchase and everything. So, I bought our own logs. When he came out, first he said he wasn't sure I got the right log. The log was still in the box, all the specifications were on there. Then he said if he had to drill through the wall, he didn't want to hit any electrical and cause damage. But, he knew all of this last week when he came for the assessment. I believe he just didn't want to do it and I wish they had been upfront about it.
Description of Work: I wanted to turn my fireplace from wood to gas.
