Company was on time, quick and professional but not stuffy. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Also knowledgeable and helpful in choosing our logs for fireplace.

Our heater had broken & it was going to be 4 days before a new one was installed. We hadn't used the fireplace in years & I wanted it inspected before using it. My son said the gentleman who did the cleaning was on time, friendly and did a great job.

Very easy to schedule appointment, they were on time and only charged minimal amount since the chimney was pretty clean. Didn't try to charge for anything extra. They were very honest and efficient.

They suggested that the older of my two fireplaces was not well constructed and would not function well, and that it would cost more to correct the problems than was worthwhile. I had them cap that chimney, and they also repaired some masonry problems with the crown. They offered many useful suggestions on how I could install an insert at some time in the future. The other fireplace was functional but not ideal, and had several gaps that might allow sparks to get into the framework of the house. I had them rebuild the inside of the chimney, removing the flu and damper and using a fireplace sealing cement to make the inside of the chimney smooth and continuous. They also repaired the masonry at the chimney and corrected the flu handle so that it sealed completely. This work took two days, and I have to say it's arduous and dirty work which they did a great job on. They also gave me a sturdy fireplace grate for free, and made useful suggestions on installing a fireback. Overall I was very pleased with the work performed, and found the pair (they're a husband and wife duo) pleasant and helpful. I have had several fires and am happy to feel that the fireplace is safe and more efficient that it was previously.

The price was good. I would use them again.

They just keep doing their job, and they are reasonable. I like the fact that they put down a nice work and make sure they clean up everything. They are very conscientious about cleaning up everything. I have never had any problem with me. They clean the chimney every year, and they usually give me pretty good advice. I have to schedule them in advance as they are very busy.
