Description of Work: Will never ever do business with again! Upon move out inspection, was failed because I had not "cleaned the air vents in the bathroom," which were rusty and molded. I paid to have a company clean and guarantee my move out inspection to pass and she failed me. She charged an extra $25.00 for having to come back and failed me on that, some firewood left in a bundle on the side of the house and air vent metal screens in bathroom. The house was in amazing condition compared to how I had been given it and I'm a Marine and take pride in my house appearance and took great care of the place while there for almost 4 years.The owners of the house that I leased to rent from actually sent me flowers for moving in because the house had been vacant several months. every single flaw was noted upon move in and properly documented. The property manager at Hartis Properties is ridiculous. I would never recommend family, friends, or fellow Marines to do business with Hartis. She should be on a Camp Lejeune & Jacksonville base prohibited/ off limits list for referrals.
