They added plants and landscaped the back yard. I was very happy with the work. They did a great job.

I can't remember the man's name. He was an older man from Grant's Creek Nursary. He came out as described above and I was told that it would cost 35.00 for him to take a look at a yard issue, and give an estimate in the near future. A written Estimate on what he (they) suggest to resolve the problem and how much they estimated the work to cost. The Man told me when he left that he was "very busy" and that it could be a couple weeks before I received my estimate. Finally after a Month, I called. Didn't get anywhere, the man was somewhere and they didn't know what the estimate would be. I never heard back from that man who came out from Grant's Creek Nursary. I'm glad I only gave him 35.00 and didn't let them do any work. I never received my Estimate and paid $35.00 for "Nothing." This Provider's Response is a complete Lie according to what they told me on the Phone. I was told that I would be charged a "FLAT FEE" of ONE TIME FEE OF $35.00 for them to come out to look at the yard and give me an "ESTIMATE" THAT WOULD BE WRITTEN ON PAPER , "WITH SUGGESTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS" AT THE TIME OF ESTIMATE. Most people DO NOT CHARGE AT ALL FOR ESTIMATES; THE LEAST ANT CREEP NURSERY could have given me a WRITTEN ESTIMATE AND MAILED THE ESTIMATE IF THEY WERE SO BUSY. These people are a rip off....I am so grateful, I only lost 35.00 with the creeps. If anyone else comes out to "take out lights from under my crawl space", bash in my car windows in my driveway" and or anything of the Like...I would think this company could be suspect. I am sorry they have my phone number, my name and my address. My new alarm with Panoramic Cameras, and even ones under the house will catch them if they decide to cause trouble. Julianne was very knowledgeable. We don't have much experience in terms of designing our landscape so when she came she pretty much educated us upfront instead of trying to sell us on the recommendation or the design. She gave us multiple options on the design and pretty much giving us the options we can have with our budget. She was able to capture what we really wanted. I'm not good with plants, neither is my husband. It's more of a concept so we talked about it and she was able to put it on drawing. The last time we met with her she helped us understand what the plan is and we were able to visualize. She went above and beyond. They are busy right now and they couldn't move forward with the project. They're going to touch base with us on following up. She had to help us research because we wanted to have a basketball court in the backyard. She's really good. I'd rather pay extra so were dealing with somebody to understand what we wanted to do and help us visualize what would look good based on our property. They were all prompt, when they said they were going to come they came. She came right on time. When I called them they were busy, they said they're going to call right away and they did call right away. The service they provide is quality and that's why they were busy.
