+ 1 moreOn there part it went very well, they went above and beyond to satisfy us. The tv we purchased was defective so they loaded it up and returned it to Best Buy. Then came back with a new one and stared the installation. That tv was miss components so one technician stayed to get things going and the other when back to the store to get the missing parts. Then they worked on it until I was completely satisfied.... So I was very happy with geek squad and would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Took down a old tv and replaced it with a new one. Mounted over the fireplace.

+ -1 moreThey talked me into a bunch of different items which were over priced. I ended up paying 2,000 for some speakers that I could have gotten something similar at Costco for a couple hundred. Even one of the cables was $360.00 which they said would increase the picture. I also purchased a 60" floating TV from them. I felt like they were acting like car salesman with a lot of pressure. Even after all this I am still have trouble getting a great picture, playing my CDs and the sound is not that great either.
Description of Work: They have a section called Magnolia which is an upscale area where you can look at TVs, speakers and other items that you can not get from any other Best Buy store.
