I’ve had three units of theirs for the last nine years and they’ve had to come out and repair them 5 times in that amount of time. And guess what? They’re broken again and this time it’s out of warranty. Can’t wait to see what the bill is gonna be like now. Absolute junk

They were excellent, polite, and just good people. Even the inspector was great and their prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

The technician was friendly and very professional...I have had a knee replacement about 3 months ago and he was concerned about getting the unit fixed..but because I am a senior citizen..He preformed and fixed everything that he told me he was going to do..writing a detailed explanation the the invoice.. He told me the short term and long term prognosis on my main unit..I have 3 units.. I actually called the office after Jason left to schedule an appointment the middle of the month to have two more digital thermostats put in around the middle of the month..Then also talked to them about..a maintenance program where they come out 2 times a year to service my units and will do so this Fall. I called because I thought I had an AC problem were the AC unit connects to the house. Mr. Edwards himself came out and quickly determined that I actually had an electrical problem and a pretty serious one at that. He then called several electricians he knows to find someone who could come today. When he found someone who could come within the hour (who, was also terrific, Billy Williams Electric!) he went on his way, WITHOUT CHARGING ME for the visit!! This is the kind of service and treatment that you can expect from Edwards Heating and Air and it's why I will ALWAYS use them for any heating or AC needs!!

It was mid-July and outdoor temps were around 90 degrees (F) so it didn't take long to notice when my central A/C stopped blowing cool air. I checked the circuit breakers and they looked OK, but I noticed the large fan blade on the outside condensing unit was not moving. Instead of calling the HVAC company I've used in the past, I decided to do some research using Angie's List and I'm glad I did. I called Edwards Heating and Air at 4:00 that evening and spoke with Heather about my problem. She said it could be something as simple as a faulty capacitor. She also said one of their technicians was in the local area and she would try to get him to look at my problem after he was finished with his current job. Heather called me back within an hour to let me know the technician would not be coming that evening, but she assured me someone would contact me the following morning. True to her word, someone from Edward's called the following morning just to make sure someone was available when the technician arrived. In about an hour later the technician ( Jason) arrived. He was very professional/competent and quickly diagnosed the problem (faulty capacitor). He swapped the faulty capacitor with a new one and tested the freon all within 20-25 minutes. I'm very satisfied with the response time, the results and the final cost. I'll definitely be contacting Edwards's again when my current unit needs repaining / replacing. Would definitely recommend.

I called them up and requested service for my A/C. (I hired them from reviews from and quot;Angie's List!and quot;) The folks there at Edwards are every bit professional and polite. I was told from another A/C repair man (Dand G Heating and cooling) that I needed a new coil, was going to be expensive and didn't sound like it was going to be an ez repair. Long story short....I wanted a second opinion, Edwards came out and within 5 minutes found the problem of a crushed air intake and had it fixed that day! These people, I'm guessing saved me at least a thousand dollars. The previous A/C guy didn't get to quote me for a new coil that I didn't even need for reasons I won't go into right here, but I do know how to express my gratitude for the Edwards company....They are professional, and every bit of a company you want working for you and your family. Extremely Satisfied!!!

My heat was not working properly. It continued to run constantly when it shouldn't have and it was blowing cool air. The first appointment was diagnosing the problem. Turns out I had a few bad parts and one had to be ordered. I scheduled a second appointment once the part arrived. On the second appointment, the technician arrived 10 minutes early. He replaced the compressor, capacitor, contactor, and recharged the system. He was very professional and friendly. I called this company because of all the positive reviews from Angie's List. I was very pleased with the service and the communication on when the part would come in. I will definitely call this company again!

Appointment was for 9:00 AM but the service person arrived a little early. He removed his shoes upon entering and I explained the problem. He examined the heat pump and found it to be low on refrigerant, which I believe was left that way by another company during a previous repair. He charged the system and checked for leaks, both to the indoor and outdoor unit, and found none. He repaired damage to the unit's fan shroud, which had been left loose and rattling because the mounting holes had been previously stripped. He also checked the operation of a second heat pump unit and found it to be running OK. All said I was very happy with the work that was performed, price charged, and the professionalism displayed. I will call them next time I need HVAC service.

We did a two part deal in that the immediate need in July was to replace the air handler and compressor unit to restore system operation. They installed the new parts and hooked up the system to the existing duct work. The new system pushed more air and provided cooling better than ever. We agreed that replacing the duct work would be better performed after the weather cooled down. The system continued to work better than our old one, so I waited until Friday, November 1st to visit and schedule the work. We reviewed the calandar and picked the following Wednesday. The new duct work was installed professionally and efficiently. All old duct work, packaging, and 'mess' was cleared and the work area was left cleaner than they found it. I also compliment the office staff, they are friendly and engaging as well as knowledgeable and focused on excellent results. Both office staff and the men who installed the system clearly take pride in their work and assure that customers are well informed and properly treated. So - YES! They have earned their quality reputation. I highly recommend them for residential or commercial work.

Great price, very professional. I did have to go without AC for a few nights until they were available- but they explained that they were unusually busy. I wanted for these guys because of the reviews. I wanted to know we were in good hands. Ben did not quote me a price before starting his work which concerned me at first, but the price was very reasonable. I guess I am used to people trying to cheat us. This company deserves your trust.

I've been using them for about 5-6 years. I get good response, good work and fair price from him.

I've never had a hard time scheduling an appointment. He's dependable, I have a rental house that had a problem, at one time, and he went and checked it out and ordered the necessary parts. He's always done a good job and I'm very satisfied.

They are wonderful. They provide great service and their pricing is reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

The owner himself came out and replaced it and charged me a very reasonable fee. In fact, he charged me only for the thermostat itself. It was excellent service.

That's all he has done with us so far but everyone in town has recommended him for good honest work and follow through and just being a high quality guy for what he's doing.

I awoke,at 6 AM to a HOT HOUSE! No Air conditioning! I called Edwards about 7AM left an urgent Message on their Answer machine...They open,for business at 8 AM...Mr Ricky Edwards,Owner,was in my drive way ! Within 30 minutes he had check my System,replaced a bad Capasitor,Cycled the system,and had the A/C back online..Many companies would have tacked on Emergency call charges...etc,etc!.......................................................................Jim Lewis

Edwards Heating and Air was really great! They only charged $105 for quality parts and labor. I would highly recommend using this company for your heating and air conditioning needs.

I've never had a problem with them, they are actually really good. They get out there pretty quickly, it's not like you call them and a week later they come. They are out there within 2 days. Their price is actually really decent.

Ricky Edwards came highly recommended from some friends and lived up to their praise of him. When Ricky came out to do the estimate, he was straightforward and honest. He didn't try to sell me anything more than what I needed - and even recommended against a too large or too complex system. When installation day arrived, Ricky and his team arrived promptly at the scheduled time and completed the entire changeout in just a couple of hours. The estimate given was exactly what I was charged. His entire team was professional, effiecient and very courteous and respectful of my house and keeping it clean when they left it. The electrician appeared at the appropriate moment and inspected the electrical wiring. It was discovered that my wiring harnesses required an upgrade ( the old system was 20 years old!) - the electrical team handled it - and they still held to my original estimate. Word from my friends is that he will be as good on warranty work and service as he was on the original install. KUDOs to Ricky and his entire team - my house feels so much more comfortable now!

Throughout the length of the restaurant being open Edwards Heating and Air has been the company to service all of our heating and air needs. Everyone in the company is extremely nice, but they sometimes forget to follow up on work that is to be done. It took a little while for the technician to return and change the air filters for our AC units, but overall they are a great company. They are good about coming out the same day I call them because most of my calls are emergency calls.
