DTR Tree Service

Joe and his crew were very professional and courteous. They really knew what they were doing. They dropped several tall trees for us, ground up all of the stumps and removed all debris. We are extremely pleased with their work. If we need any future tree work done Joe is who I will call.

Overall experience was good. Showed up on a Saturday had time to grind 4 stumps for me on the spot. Very professional and knows his craft.

Their price was well within reason. They kept their word to the minute. A man came a few days earlier and walked through my backyard and gave me firm estimates that turned out to be the total estimate that covered everything. They had to pay for Pit Sands to get their equipment in. They put the fence back up in perfect order. Everything about their business is perfectional. They are the most patient crew. They pretty well took care of my problems. I will wholeheartedly recommend them to family and friends or anybody else.

They are terrific. They came in and did exactly what I wanted done. They left no trash or mess behind. They do a complete job. They also grind the stumps down and smooth out the ground. They do a fantastic job. I have used their services twice.

Rare is it you find a personable company owner who explains what they can do and more importantly, what doesn't need to be done. Joe was punctual is his arrival to give us an estimate. His price was very good. Although we did not ultimately use DTR Tree Service, I would not hesitate to recommend them. Our circumstances changed and a different approach was needed.

Arrived for estimate promptly. Explained what could be done to salvage storm damaged trees. Explained how removal of other trees would go. Presented a clearly written estimate.

We called and spoke with Joe McLamb and made an appointment for Friday, 5 Aug 2011, to come to our home and give us an estimate for work. Gave us a price for the work and was scheduled for the week of the 15th of August. He called us on 9 August and said he would be going on vacation with his family and could do the work on 10 August. He and his crew arrived at the scheduled time and set-up. He explained what work would be completed and how long it would take. He and his crew are very professional, polite, respectful and worked as a team. They moved our items from the sites and put them back as they found them and treated them as their own. We have a burn area that has pavers in a circle around it. His crew removed the pavers, did their work and put the pavers back in the original site. We would definately use DTR again and would recommend to everyone to use DTR for tree service.

I called DTR on the 17th of January about having a tree removed. Joe came by the same day and we agreed upon three trees to be removed and one trimmed for $500.00 on the 24th of January. Joe called me on the 23rd to confirm we were still on for the work. DTR showed up on time and went straight to work. Joe McLamb is a true Arborist and I'm happy to have his card for any future needs.

DTR did a wonderful job. They were there when they said they would be and took care of it at the price they said it would be. He walked around my property and looked at every tree to tell me tips that I can do to make the tree better. He was really into trees and knew what he was talking about.

Seems I didn't need as many trees cut as the 1st estimate wanted. (2 oaks and 5 pines) Joe's estimate was Thursday and he and crew showed up Friday. Caught me off guard. I wasn't expecting next day service. Complete professional!! Buckit truck and that other one that chews up the limbs. Started at 9am and finished at 2pm. 12 trees trimmed and 5 felled. Just amazed me how sharp and well maintained the tools were.
