Hose connection at toilet and wall ball valve busted while bath room was being cleaned. Flooded the bathroom and some of the bed room before water was turned off. Big Towel came in and extracted the remaining standing water and quickly dried the wet areas.

We had one of our bathroom toilets hang up while we were at work…needless to say we had a mess when we got home. We reached out to Big Towel and they had a man there within the hour. Remediation began immediately and within a few days we were back able to use the bathroom like nothing had happened.
