Chris and team did an absolutely fantastic job on our flooring install. First we were delayed due to supply constraints on the flooring itself, but Chris stayed in contact with me and we worked together to ultimately find a date that worked. The job ended up not being easy as the old hardwoods downstairs were all nailed into the sub-floor and the kitchen cabinets were installed over them. This meant that Chris had a much tougher time getting the old floor out and had to cut around all the cabinets. The change in floor height meant that we had to lower all the baseboards downstairs. Ultimately we filled a 30 cubic foot dumpster with all of the old stuff! Chris and team went the extra mile on everything that I asked him to do, even some extra projects that popped up - he had no issue tackling them. The overall job spanned almost 2 work weeks. Putting LVP on stairs is never easy, but Chris did an amazing job and the stairs look fantastic. Everything was cleaned up, and all of the remaining flooring etc was put together neatly in the garage. The end result of everything was great! We are so happy with the flooring we chose, as well as the work that was put into installing it. Chris is hard working, communicates well, offers fair pricing compared to big box installers and will work with you on customizing what you want. Thanks!!

My husband and I came back from Okinawa to find our house destroyed by our tenants. We practically had to completely renovate our home just to get it livable. After sending out our flooring job request, Chris contacted us immediately and was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. He also has a fun and lovable personality and it felt as if a long time friend or family member was installing our floors. He and his crew were very kind and considerate to our dogs and our escape artist cat as well. Our floors turned out beautiful and I’m very happy with them. I will definitely have him and his crew do several other projects for the house.

Chris is very friendly and easy to deal with. He was punctual and did a great job. He finished the bedroom in 6 hours and the family room in 7. He also regrouted the tiles on my shower floor and they look like new. He cleaned after him and left things in order. I highly recommend him.

Originally hired Chris to do the flooring in my kitchen. He was a one man show at the time which was perfect, because less people in the house. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were perfect. Best part was he was timely, the wife wanted her kitchen back so I appreciated that the most. I hired Chris again to do both my bathrooms and as expected, perfection. Prior to starting the project Chris gave me some suggestions and pointers on my design and thoughts. Lots of tips and reason why I should and should not do certain things. Chris's professionalism and ability to make constructive recommendations surpassed expectation. I appreciate him not letting me waste my money on things I'd have to repair in the short term. Finally, I made a huge mistake and had some guy come and work the flooring for one of my bedrooms. It took pretty much till the end of the project to realize that the work the guy did was garbage. Nothing was straight, level, or even installed correctly. Chris came over and gave me advice on what was wrong, how to fix it and even how to deal with the guy that screwed me. When everything was said an done, Chris came back finished the room properly. Again his craftsmanship was on point and it was timely. I have recommend Chris to friends and I WILL be getting him back to work on my house again.

Chris from Bella Bella flooring did an outstanding job. I found him locally on a website and asked if he could give an estimate. He was prompt and came out gave an estimate with a great price. We went and purchased the tile, grout, sealer and mastic glue. I called and said we were ready. He came out yesterday and ser all the stones and came back today to do the grout. It looks awesome and we could not be happier with the result. Chris is a master at his craft. He was much cheaper than the previous estimate and he was spot on with the work. Total project cost with materials and labor was around 750.00

Phenomenal work and professional ethic! Chris took the time to understand my wants, advised me on suppliers and quality of products available, helped with selection of colors and scope of work. He showed up promptly as promised each day and kept me up to date on progress. I was so pleased with his work and commitment to the client that I hired him for two other jobs afterward (replacing kitchen cabinets and re-doing work on an addition that had been done improperly). I can't recommend him highly enough!

The work was done as scheduled and for the quoted price. Chris does very high quality work and was easy to work with. I really appreciated that he stayed with the job until it was done as promised.
