 + -1 moreOverall, the service was less than I had expected. Although the cleaning crews were friendly, they had a very relaxed view towards timeliness and accountability. On one occasion I called back to complain that the cleaning crew had missed a room. All I got was excuses. But when they called me today to tell me they lost my house key because they left it in a recently sold home of another patron with a similiar sounding last name, that was the final straw.
Description of Work: The company provided cleaning services but had a real problem with maintaining accountability of my house key. I had been using this cleaning company for over a year and on two prior occaisions they were late because Attention to Detail brought the wrong key to get into my home to clean it. Today I learned that they left MY key inthe home of a recently sold home and had the nerve to lecture me on how they "tried" to apologize for leaving my key in the home of another that had been sold. Needless to say, I cancelled any future services. I despise house cleaning, but I'd rather spend my time cleaning or looking for another cleaning company if it means that I can be secure in the fact that someone out there will not get access to my house key. What a bunch of cleaning clowns!
