Description of Work: Repaired tile and grout damage caused by carpet removal and cleaned stained grout so that it looks like new. Sealed all grout throughout our home to protect it from future stains. Amazed that the tile and grout work could be so extraordinary, prompt and amicable.

+ -1 moreWhen I requested an estimate Mr. Payero came to my home at my convenience, assessed how much work would be necessary, and explained in detail what was required. I agreed to the price and we set a date for him to actually do the work. He arrived on time for our appointment and went straight to work re-grouting our guest bathroom. He finished within the timeframe he had promised earlier and did a terrific job. My husband was really impressed with the results.
