Advanced Computer Solutions is a company based in the Swansboro, North Carolina area. ACS has been doing business since June of 2005. Our staff is extremely versatile and very knowledgeable. Our premise is based on offering the best service available. We know there are many computer and internet companies out there, but we pride ourselves on the whole customer service experience. We aim to please as well as educate. What good is the computer you have, if you do not know how to use it? At Advanced Computer Solutions we strive to offer the best computer and computer related products available at the most competitive prices. We may not be the cheapest, but we feel confident you will keep coming back once you’ve had the ACS experience. We also provide affordable dial up internet with free 24/7 tech support. When you use CCI, we do not want you to feel limited by the areas you can use it. That is why we provide over 14,000 numbers nationwide. We sell new and used computers to include Desktop models as well as Notebook models. We also service the items as well. This list is not all inclusive, but some of the brands we carry are as follows: Acer, HP, Sony, LG, Nexlink, Panasonic, Manhattan, Linksys, Belkin, Intellinet, MSI, ASUS, AMD, Pentium, Intel, and D-Link. We also do in store and onsite computer service and repair, which includes but is not limited to virus and spyware removal, data recovery and transfer, hardware repair, networking and network installation, off site backup and storage, home and office delivery of merchandise, and in home and in office education and/or instruction.

I have file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but haven't heard back.
Description of Work: This man used to be very responsive when called to do work. As his business grew, less so. About a year ago he agreed to download all the files from a computer we had and then wipe the memory clean so we could donate it. The computer was only about two years old but we upgraded to another brand. He took the computer and we agreed on a price for the service. Both my husband and I have called him repeatedly and often and left messages for him to call us, but he won't return our phone calls. There is information on the computer that we need and also confidential files. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
