Roger dug up our foundation, filled holes, resealed the foundation itself, put in drain lines from all gutters (which had previously just went into the ground) and routed them towards the lake. He also put in catch basins for our circle driveway, connecting them to the installed drain lines. He used rock along our entire foundation to help move water. In addition, he put in a french drain because we have an underground spring going under our driveway. He then replanted our landscaping and cleaned up! We have no more drainage problems! It took about ten days due to rain...oh, and he also reinstalled our pavers, just like they were, both our stairs and our walkway. You will never meet a more honest, hardworking contractor, and Mary, his wife is a doll! She deals with the emails and money. Fantastic service. We want him to do some additional work on our seawall. He does many types of landscape work, drainage is his specialty. I encourage people in the Sandhills, where drainage problems exist, to call Mr. McKenzie, you'll be happy with his results.
