We were not only pleased with the roof replacement, we can't say enough about the clean-up job done by Tier 1 after the roof replacement. Sometimes contractors don't do a great job cleaning up around the home after work has been done, but Tier 1 made sure everything around the house was cleaned up and neat before they departed. We highly recommend the Tier 1 Home Solutions company, and we are grateful for the roofing work they completed for us. It feels great to have a brand new quality roof that looks just great!"

"I contacted KitchenTuneUp/BathTune-Up to get an estimate to remodel my master bathroom and kitchen. Tom Taube came to my home and listened to what I disliked about the current spaces. We discussed ways to make a bigger shower and gain more storage space in the bathroom. In the kitchen, I had dark cabinets I wanted to update but stay affordable. I also wanted to keep my granite countertops. I disliked my "closet" pantry. I received very comprehensive proposals listing out not just what labor was to be performed but also budgeted items for materials so that I would have a full understanding of how much the remodels would actually cost me. I started these remodels right before the pandemic started in March of 2020. And even though there were a few delays caused by the virus, my projects went very smoothly. I was provided an online schedule of activities so that I would know who was coming and what they were doing (when my dumpster would arrive, drywalling, plumbing work, painting, tiling work, etc.). I liked that there was a final walkthrough before final payment was made so that I could address any issues I saw after the work had been completed. I love my new bathroom and kitchen now (after 20 years of hating them). I find that the bathroom is part of my sanctuary to relax and renew myself. My kitchen is now updated and beautiful with exceptional storage. I no longer have to store appliances and dishes in my bedroom closets. Bathroom: $37,000 (new shower, freestanding tub with tub filler, new vanity with new countertop, fixtures and sinks, new toilet, new cabinet over toilet); Kitchen $30,000 (cabinet redoor with box painting and new cabinets along with a custom island to house a drawer microwave). I was so impressed with the company, its employees and craftmanship, after being offered a position with them in 2021 as a sales rep for bathrooms, I am a happy employee now creating happy customers."

The job included replacing 2 toilets, 2 sinks, replacing a garden tub insert with a nice walk-in shower insert and reinforced walls with extra studs for grab bars. He also replaced hardwood floors in the bathroom that had some moisture damage. Rob's work was top-notch. His price was very fair, nearly half that of the contractors that advertise constantly through the mail. Construction was completed nearly to the day he forecasted. "I can’t even begin to describe how fast to run from this company. Some of the reviews on Google are from current employees. We hired All About Tile based off of Angi’s list reviews. Antonio came promptly and gave us a very detailed quote for our scope of work on a kitchen renovation. I will start by saying that we hit red flags starting a month into the job. Antonio kept adding more and more things into the job that he didn’t account for. Some things that were visible while he was doing his initial estimate. On multiple occasions, vendors that we had hired told us they didn’t feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing or that he had sub contractors that knew what they were doing. We had multiple conversations with him where we did a temperature gauge and set expectations. 3 months into the job he quit mid job when frustrated. Then called us after and asked to finish the job. He didn’t pull proper permits. Our electric wasn’t remotely up to code and he tried to tell us we owed him an additional $15,000. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!"
