Ken Tallmadge did the original visit. He is very knowledgable in this field and was never pushy to make a sale. The original installation went very well. The installers showed up on time and were very polite & professional. I've had the system a year now and it has worked perfectly for me. No problems at all. And it has improved the quality of my water tremendously. I had my first 1 yr service which was free of charge and again no problems with the system. I had to have the system drain line rerun because of a problem with one of my house's outside drains. And Ken arranged to have 2 of his service men do that at no cost to me even though it wasn't a problem with his system. The 2 men he sent, Robert & Larry, were extremely professional, polite & pleasant. I generally do not write reviews but Ken Tallmadge & Quality Water's service is so extraordinary that I just had to do it.

Ken Tallmadge came to our house & gave us a great presentation. Over the course of the next week or so he answered all our questions and we set up an install date. Installation went well, but over the next week our water was not clear. Ken came back out & installed another tank which took care of the problem at no additional cost. And also followed up with us. He was great.

Very pleased with this company. The initial estimate/interview went very well. Ken answered my questions to my understanding including a few phone calls after the first visit. He provided me with the information I requested; insurance info, references, etc. The price was exactly what he originally quoted. Work was preformed quickly and professionally. I will call them for yearly checks on they water system.

Very pleased. They went to the extent of calling to let us know they were running a little behind schedule. When the tech, he walked me though an interview procces and went right to work. In all the service call lasted 25 minutes.

The tech did a check up on my RainSoft water softening system that came with a house that I bought. Since I didn't know any history on the unit or how they worked, I called in these guys. They seemed to know how to check out these systems and it is now working well. The tech wasn't super pro-active about explaining the in-and-outs of how to operate and maintain the system, but he got it working and told me to just keep the salt above water level. The base price for an assessment of my water softener was $70. With 6 bags of salt, resin conditioner, and a once over of the system, it came out to $140.

Ken Tallmadge was a Pro from the proposal process through to the installed products. The water was improved immediately, hardness, odor, fine particles and TDS removed. We have suffered for 4 years on Lake Wylie with dreadful , hard well water; Quality Water of the Carolinas solved all in one day. Sad that we did not do it sooner. Quality Water of the Carolinasis an A+ provider and it will not push or try to sell what is unnecessary.

I would recommend them highly! They are always polite and put down mats on the floor when in the house, they are just courteous and polite.

INSTALLER WAS SON OF BUSINESS OWNER AND COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL AND POLITE. HE WAS VERY INTERESTED IN MAKING SURE THE SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED TO OUR SATISFACTION. DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR HOME AND THE EXISTING PLUMBING, IT WAS A SOMEWHAT DIFFICULT INSTALLATION.
