+ -1 moreWe didn't know it at the time but our well pump had gone out and in the process the water storage tank broke as well. This company showed up in the afternoon, diagnosed the problem and had a new well pump installed the next morning. Very honest and trust worthy business.

Description of Work: Contacted Francis Well and Pump late in the afternoon and they came first thing in the morning as expected. In our vacation home, the water pressure had dropped to the point that there was just a trickle from the faucets. They replaced the filter and cleaned the apparatus and blew out the pressure tank. Water pressure returned to normal. He said that a lot of sediment had plugged it up. I asked him about the pump and he said it was fine and operating well. That was good news because a plumber had wanted to replace it last year and we had declined. Good thing we had.

Description of Work: my well equipment was not working correctly. It was always pumping water but way too often. Michael adjusted 2 or 3 parts that control things for the well equipment and now it is working like new. I was very impressed with his work.

+ -1 moreOMG I only wish there were A++ that I could give this company. This past and quot;Sundayand quot; I woke up and had no running water in my home. Michael came out and did NOT charge me extra for it being a and quot;Sundayand quot;! Him and his Son came out were so very nice and personable. They diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes I was so sure my pump needed to be replaced and thought I was going to have to spend so much money. Well, it was not my pump or the wire running into the ground.. it was a simple fix! A short at a switch at the house and some electrical part at the well. They were happy to tell me it was fairly inexpensive! Please know YOU CAN TRUST THIS COMPANY for honesty and a job well done! Thank you Michael for your help, kindness, honesty and I will ALWAYS call you with any problems at the well!
