Description of Work: Mr. Griffin was very professional, responsive to phone calls, provided a quick and competitive estimate and performed the service (building a brick mailbox) quickly, professionally, with quality and left the area clean when he finished. He was concerned about what I wanted and tried to match the brick to our home, which is over 17 years old. He was pleasant and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again for other masonry services. Very good experience.

Description of Work: We read the report about Warren Griffin in Angie's List and asked him for an estimate on a brick mailbox. He did a beautiful job with the project. We had had our brick porch steps rebuilt (by another mason) and were not happy with the job. Grout was all over the bricks and it looked really messy. Warren cleaned the bricks and wouldn't let us pay him; he just wanted it to look good. I recommend him highly!

+ -1 moreAfter the fourth time that teenagers whacked our mailbox off its post, we decided that a brick surround was the answer. I got Warren Griffin's name from a handyman who was doing some work for us. Mr. Griffin was friendly and helpful on the phone (and sympathetic to the mailbox problem) and gave me a quote. We agreed that he would come the following day to do the job. He even offered to buy a new mailbox since he had to go by Lowe's before he came. Mr. Griffin arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and had the promised mailbox in his truck. He spent most of the day working with his assistant, pouring the cement footer and building the brick surround. He did really good work - not one blob of mortar out of place, every brick squarely placed. He also picked up every piece of broken brick and other job related mess. I smile every day when I go out to check the mail and see our beautiful new brick mailbox. We are very happy with the new mailbox, and would use Mr. Griffin again if we had any brick or masonry needs.
