I find them to be very professional. Fire ants are gone until a few days before next treatment and then I see only a few small hills. I have noticed we have very few bugs, I believe this to be from treating 40 ft. from house. Last fall we did not have the spider problem in the shrubs and hanging from the gutters. If I have a problem further from the house than the 40 ft., they have no problem treating that area. I have never had to call them back We are very happy with them.

Very professional, friendly and attentive to my needs of keeping things as pet and child friendly as possible in terms of areas treated. If I have additional bug sightings or issues, they come back for no additional fee which is great!

We have used this company for years and the office staff as well as the technicians are all very professional and willing to listen to your requests for whatever we needed to have done that quater, sometimes spiders, sometimes hornets, and this company always comes back between quarters to take care of any issues.

Salesman knocked on my door, offered discount, now collections is calling ... A strange man came to my door. Against my better judgment, I opened and the sales pitch began. Salesman kept making promises about no mosquitoes and no fleas and ticks (I have dogs) in the yard "guaranteed" and continued dropping the price after each time i declined. Told me my neighbors use them too. Reluctantly, I agreed to what I thought was a one-time treatment that I could cancel anytime and no mention from him that there is $140 cancellation fee. Always wanting to believe the best in people, I signed what I thought was an agreement to pay by credit card upon treatment. I did not notice a reduction in bugs so I told scheduling employee to cancel service. At that time, I was informed of the $140 cancellation fee, which I refused to pay then and refuse to pay now. I've explained to several people at Venture Pest what happened at my door as well as in writing to their attorney who is contacting me. It's all been a huge hassle and I wish I had never answered the door. Shame on me for not reading every word and trusting a salesman. Shame on them for shaking people down.

We have used Venture for approx 2 years and are very happy with the service. They notify us of the scheduled date of treatment by calling and leaving a message. This is helpful, as I can then make arrangements to be home to have the inside done. They are also willing to return if there are any issues. There technician's are very friendly and courteous.

The company presents a very competent & professional approach to the service they offer. The sales rep who called on us was knowledgeable and courteous. After the initial application we noticed a significant decrease in the number of "crawly critters" inside the house. Outside was also improved. The technician cleans away spider webs from the exterior and sprays for future 8-legged visitors. They send an email if you select that method, to advise in advance of the next visit. In so doing it gives the customer an opportunity to reschedule if a timing conflict has occurred. The tech is very thorough, professional & personable. The cost is a little higher than what we were used to in our recent, previous home in Louisiana, but so far, the effectiveness and service are well worth the price.

I have been very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and service. What a difference the treatments have made. The biggest difference was in the wasps and carpenter bees. It is so nice to walk outside onto our deck without being chased. We have been very pleased by the lack of bugs, inside and out.

I am on a treatment plan with them. Prior to them doing their treatments, I would find little dead bugs in the corners of my living room and many spiders outside. Since I started regular treatments, it has reduced a lot. Its rare that I see them now. Whats good is they offer to come inside to treat if needed.

We've used Venture for a couple years now and are on the quarterly treatment plan. They notify us of the scheduled date of treatment. They reschedule via phone, or email if we won't be available to let them treat the inside. They focus on any areas we request and return for free re-treatments requested.

The person that did the work was very personable, professional and very informative. He let me know everything he did ....I was very pleased

They always do all the extra's like sweep the cobwebs off your siding and look for problems you may not even see. They always call ahead so that if you need to be home to let them do inside to or ask for any specifics you can do that. We have been using them for about a year and a half now.

Venture was going door to door in our neighborhood and we ended up signing up with them bc they were cheaper than the current agreement that we had with another company. They provided the same services inside and out. They reduced the initial fee and did a great job bc the week after they came we had new pine needles delivered that must have had some bugs in them bc we noticed dead bugs on our front stoop etc. We have yet to see any issues and would recommend them to others.

Great job and very professional. Venture comes quarterly and treats our home. We normally only do the exterior but this time we also treated the inside because we had noticed a few critters inside our house. We were also noticing a lot of ant activity outside which they took care of. When I called, they told me I was almost due for my regular treatment but that they could move it up to take care of the issues we were having. They were able to get someone out the next day! I highly recommend Venture Pest Control.

Venture Pest is very responsive to our needs. Appointments are scheduled at our convenience which is a wonderful thing. We are always finding a few dead insects a few days after they spray so know it is all working as it should. We have had them do all of our inside and outside pest control for a couple of years now and we have been very happy with the services they provide. We would recommend them to others!

Venture Pest Control Llc did a good job. My yard and house have been really good. I don't see any ladybugs or insects in my home. If I do see it, they come out anytime I want to re-spray. They guarantee that I won't see any insects inside my home. They're doing pretty good. They have high quality work and are professional. I would strongly recommend them.

This company stays on quarterly schedule. When I call for issues between quarterly treatments they come and take care of any problems in or outside of the house and garage.

I have never used a Pest Control service before (not living in a state where it is necessarily needed). Venture is incredibly helpful, thorough, responsive and professional. They always leave an automated phone message the day before service. (For planning purposes, I would prefer 2-3 days earlier notification since I prefer to be home when services are conducted, however it is rarely a problem since you don?t need to be present for exterior service and will accommodate YOUR schedule whenever needed. (in one instance, had to reschedule an appointment and they emailed me immediately to reschedule and again called to reconfirm the new appointment.) They are very friendly, efficient and any questions or concerns you may have, they will give you an answer or provide a suggestion for treatment showing they are knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

The serviceman arrived on the day we were notified that they would be in our area. This was our quarterly maintenance. The serviceman throughly treated our exterior and the garage. Very happy with their service!

Before you sign up with this company be sure you know what you are in for. They are completely dishonest promise lots of things and do not follow through. They do a terrible job and you will still have bugs! They have a hidden fee of 116$ if you cancel service. They tell you there is no fee for cancellation when you sign up.. The manager was not helpful and offered no apology for the bad experience! Think before you go with these people! They only want your money... Buyer beware!!

We were satisfied with them so we stayed with them. We've been using them for about 18 months. They're very friendly and they always let me know that if I see anything, I should give them a call right away and they won't have a problem coming back and taking care of it. It not the same kids anymore; it looks like they ended up hiring I assume local individuals. But they're very nice, very cordial.

So far pleasantly surprised, read a bunch of bad reviews after my wife signed up with a door to door salesman. So far they are very responsive and professional. Will keep updated on how they finish up the contract.

It sounded really good, they were more expensive than Terminix, but they did a lot more. My husband said he did not want to do anything until they came to see how they did. The salesman, Rand, came to the house at 8:30 at night which was late, which surprised me. My husband was working then. I hadn't understood from my husband that he wanted to wait until the following day so I signed the contract thinking my husband was okay with it. My husband, however, told me that he had told them he was not going to sign the contract. It started sending off some red flags. The gentleman who came by said they were on Angie's List and they were not. He also said they were on the BBB but they were not. When I googled them there were four very recent (within the last month) complaints. Honestly, it seemed like they came so late because they know that is when people are tired. One of the complaints on google was that they come out late. They were supposed to come at 2:00pm the next day. Before that, I called the receptionist to address my concerns that they were not on Angie's List or the BBB and that I had seen complaints from people on the internet. She said that those complaints were not about their specific company that they were about a company in Indianapolis, which they weren't. I did not feel comfortable talking to her. It seemed like she was trying to answer my questions without actually answering them and blaming another office in another state. I told her I was looking at them in front of me. She said she would call Rand to let him know my concerns. I told her that I would need three to four references from her so I could call them and ask them how they felt about the service of their company. She said that was fine, that she would get back to me with them. Rand did return my call and left a message for me telling me a reference I could call. I called the man, left a message, didn't get any returned call from anybody. I talked with my husband about it and said that it made me nervous that they could only come up with one reference. I ended up calling them back this morning, before the appointment and told them that I asked for more references and they were not able to do that so I wanted to cancel. There is a fee for canceling within 24 hours of your appointment. It bothered me so much that I went and changed my credit card. They just seem shotty. The salesman was very polished, he knew his stuff, but seemed like a con artist. I want to warn as many people as I can to not deal with this company.
