Terrible. Scam! A guy walks up to your door and doesn't give you the full payments details and has you sign his phone without providing a copy of the agreement. Overpriced! And a scam. I wish I stayed with Home Pest Defense instead. Very disappointed in the way they do business.

We have been with Venture for 2 years and rarely have any issues with insects. Thomas, their service technician is the BEST! He is knowledgeable, personal and thorough.

They did a super job. They arrived on time, did the work in the block of time they said it would take and were very efficient. When we asked for one additional item after they left, they came back the very next morning and were more than gracious. Thank you, Venture Pest Control.

They did the treatment. Did not work. I contacted them to let them know I am terminating the agreement in place. The lady said you have 1 more treatment. I said fine. But that is it. We agreed. Sent me invoice, I have been trying to pay. I called, no one answered so left a message.. I just got a call 2 weeks later asking for payment, No problem. Ready to pay. Then proceeded to tell me that I have one more treatment to pay for. I said NO. They sent me to a manager. He was not friendly so I said I am trying to pay for the treatment as I was told I had 1 more. That is it. They are more concerned with collecting another $65 for a treatment that I do not want or does not work!!! I would not do business with the company again and I would put them on a watch list as their product(s) do not work!!!

The visit went great. Keaton arrived on schedule. He performed a thorough inspection of the house and then he sprayed all the rooms. We were having problems with ants in the kitchen and Keaton was able to identify the possible source and took additional steps to make sure the problem was taken care of. He even checked out the crawlspace. What I also liked about this service is that they take care of the outside of the home as well. They used an extension brush to get rid of any nests around the windows. Not being from around here, we had a lot of questions which the tech was also able to answer for us.

This was our initial visit, so that's why I put N/A on the quality....we need to see results before I can rate it. Our technician, Keaton, was very professional and informative--and he was early! He answered all of our questions thoroughly. Compared to other companies offering the same type of service, their price is very competitive and reasonable.

They call before the appointment to inquire if there are specific areas that need attention. They have great attention to detail.

Excellent. They call and/or email before they come out. Very clean & professional in appearance & demeanor. They explain what they are doing, and always remind us to feel free to call them if needed between visits. We have done that a couple of times over the past several years. When we did, they come quickly, and take care of problem for no extra charge, as it's part of their service. We highly recommend these guys.

They treat the yard, the exterior of the house, and the foundation for a variety of varmints including spiders, ants, mosquitos. This keeps all nasty things away from our house so they do not get inside our home. We have contracted with them to do this application twice a year. But this application fell on a day when the forecast was for terrible snow/freezing rain mix. Venture (Steve) managed his schedule so he was able to treat our home before any bad weather came. Although it was incredibly cold and windy he did a marvelous job. Part of their work is to destroy spiders and their webs which I and grateful for since I never have to see webs or any sign of spiders.

I was hesitant, at first, to start this service but the spider webs around the downspouts and windows, particularly on the deck were terrible. But I must say, that "that" problem has practically vanished since they have been providing quarterly service since this past summer. Their reps are courteous, professional and very helpful. I've found that spiders are a real issue in North Carolina and to be practically free of those awful webs is wonderful. Thank you, Venture!

While Venture normally comes out and does the outside of the house - when I called to ask about coming inside and setting a time - the staff made it very easy. They are so nice to deal with over the phone and when Derrick came out to the house he was just as easy to deal with. He was so nice and handled every question and concern that I had. The best part - when I made the appoinment and asked for the time Derrick would be at the house - I was told between 2-3pm and he was ringing my doorbell at 2:20pm.

Thomas, the technician ,was very thorough, explained what he was doing and how it would affect insect control. We have had several pest services and have found that the service is very dependent upon the quality of the individual sent to do the job. Some, as with Thomas, were focused on doing a complete quality job and we always found that they had our trust. Unfortunately services often find a reason to transfer such people to other accounts, substituting second tier players whose work ethics are suspect. Keep Thomas on our account and you keep us as a customer!

we just contracted with Venture for their quarterly pest control and seasonal mosquito treatment. we have had an initial pest treatment and the first quarterly treatment. additionally we've had 3 mosquito treatments. I have been very impressed with the service overall, which is much more thorough than the service we had previously for nearly 15 years. Their reps are great - friendly and thorough, they explain what they are doing and why. Brett was here today to treat for mosquitos and to address an ant problem that just sprang up since their last quarterly treatment and was exceptionally friendly, thorough and fast. they are great for recalls if you see pests return..... no questions asked. Straight A's from me.

Went great. This visit was 30 days after our initial visit. They treated inside the garage, basement, & house. They treated the foundation, yard, & eaves. I'm very impressed so far.

They were prompt, courteous and knew what they were doing. This was their first visit, so far so good, we'll see how it goes.

Thomas was exceptional! He was very professional and very thorough.

After appologizing for his 25 min tardyness, and putting on his shoe covering "booties", he hit the ground running! No BS ... straight to work. Sprayed inside all interior cabinets and closets (once opened), under and around all appliances as well as all baseboards. Inspected all baits, from previous treatment, for evidence of activity. Replaced baits with fresh ones. Sprayed basement and crawl space. Thoroughly swept exterior eves and downspouts. Applied granules to lawn.

I was not home the first visit on Saturday. I found a few spider webs that were missed so I emailed. They responded the same day and came out to re-due the next day. They were very thorough and informative. I was pleased with their quick response and effort to make me satisfied.

The provider showed up when promised. He was polite and performed his job professionally.
