Description of Work: We used them for general inside and outside pest control. No matter who came out, they are the most professional group of service providers I've ever seen as a whole. For the past several years, we have been having a terrible problem with carpenter bees in our cedar. Venture has been out multiple different times to re-treat and try different remedies. No additional charges and always very responsive.

Description of Work: Venture Pest control comes out quarterly and takes care of our pests! They clean the spider webs from our soffits, look for fire ants and "put up a barrier" between our house and the lawn. Derek was prompt, friendly and courteous. Wanted to make sure I wasn't having any issues on the interior of my home.

Description of Work: I have a quarterly service for them to spray the inside and outside of my home to keep pests away. So far, so good! I've been very pleased and the men who perform the pest control service are always very professional and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who needed pest control service.

Description of Work: A sales guy made a cold call and I told him I already had a contact with another group for service and he assured me that this one would be for all outside bugs around the outside and inside of the house and told me that it would be at a cost of 65 dollars per quarter. I asked him repeatedly if that would be the "only cost" and I was told yes and i also ask him if I could quit at anytime without a penalty and once again was told yes I could . So on my 2nd visit I noticed now I am charge 95 dollars..when I called to ask why I am told that it goes up (the price_ 10 dollars each time they come and that if I quit it will cost an extra 100 dollars. THIS IS NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS and I want to ensure that no one else gets tricked in this way. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH VENTURE IF THEY COME TO YOUR DOOR

Description of Work: A guy knocked on my door pushing pest control. I told him I had recently lost my job. He offered at a discounted price for the first time and I told him I may not be able to afford regular treatments. He said not to worry just let them know and they would come back another day. I signed up and when the next treatment was due I said I could not afford it at that time and the installer left. They still went ahead and charged my debit card and took money I did not have to give them. When I called them it said the number was disconnected. I looked up their corporate number online and it did not work either. I thought I was caught in some kind of scam so I had to cancel the debit card. A few months have past and now they call me to do another application. I told them 'no' and now they want a fee to get out of the contract. I have already paid for an application they did not do and now I have to pay them more.
