This company is a gem! Justin was so nice, picked up our 2 strollers and car seat off our front porch and cleaned them over night and dropped them back off in the morning - they looked like new! Then came back to pressure wash our house and deck. Was really thorough, friendly and affordable. Can’t say enough good things.

Justin was very professional and easy to work with. He worked with our schedule, was easy to communicate with, had reasonable prices, and most importantly, did a great job. The house looks brand new! Justin did a fantastic job!

We used Splish Splash to get two car seats cleaned in preparation of having a new baby. One of the car seats was particularly dirty from being in storage for 2 years. Splish Splash came to our house in Huntersville, picked up both seats and then returned them to our house very early the next morning. I could not have been more pleased with how the seats turned out. Both of them looked brand new! I would definitely use their car seat cleaning service again and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent, showed up on time, did job quickly, & overall appearance was great. He used a "steam-cleaning device" that appeared to be much more effective without damaging concrete.

Our experience with Splish Splash Pressure Washing, from start to finish, was wonderful! They are an extremely personable husband/wife team-Jackie does the appointments and free estimates and Justin does the pressure washing. They were very accommodating and professional. Jackie reviewed everything that Justin was going to do that day. We were very pleased to learn that they use hot water and NO bleach. Their product is biodegradable and will NOT kill your grass or plants. That was a huge selling point for us. Justin pressure washed our entire home as well as our front and back patios, front walk way, driveway and sidewalk. He moved all patio furniture and even replaced it when he was done. Our home sparkled when he left-windows included! I highly recommend Splish Splash Pressure Washing. You will be glad you did.

The job took approximately four hours to do our trim siding. and dormers. The owner did all the work alone and took his time, we are very pleased and have not had any issue with the mold that they pressure washed. At the last minute I decided I wanted the screened porch pressure washed also. Justin, charged $60 extra, worth every penny. The cleaner they used was the only one that has cleaned the mold and kept it from returning. This was the first time we had our home professionally cleaned since we built it in 2004. Now our house looks brand new again, we are very pleased with the results and the professionalism of the owner, Justin McCray.

Perfect from start to finish - could not have asked for a better experience. This business answers their phone; spends time with the customer; provides an approximate quote; and then comes out. Scheduled for 7/8/15 between 8 and 9; showed up just after 8 AM and was there until almost 2:00. Very meticulous, and very friendly. I can't say enough about the owners of this company - will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. They are exceptional.

Provider was enjoyable to work with and did a great job. My house looks like new! He took meticuous care to clean items like the concrete pad under my air conditioner. He did not rush through the job. Instead, he made sure that everything was done right. I will definitely be using him in the future for pressure washing my home.

I was impressed from the very beginning! I contacted 6 different providers to see about getting my house pressured washed. 2 did not return my call, 2 gave me quotes based on the square footage of the house without coming out to see it. One person came to the house when I wasn't home and left a quote. It was very important to me that the person actually come out to the house and talk with me to see specifically what I wanted done. I initially sent Splish Splash a message through Angie's List. The owner, Jackie, responded promptly and we agreed on a day and time for her to come out to the house. We met on a Saturday, as they were very willing to accommodate my work schedule. I showed her what I wanted done and she gave me a very reasonable quote. She was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly how they would do everything. The following Monday I called her back to set up service. Again, they were very willing to work around my schedule. I was not home when the work was performed by her husband, Justin. He did call when he arrived and then called again when he was finished. He wanted to make sure that I would be home so him and I could walk around the property and make sure I was completely satisfied with the work. When I got home I was amazed by what I saw. The house looks great! Gone are the black and green spots. I was especially impressed with the screened-in porch. It gets covered with pollen every spring. Justin did a great job of washing everything out, cleaned off the patio furniture and outdoor rug, and put all furniture back exactly where it belongs. I look forward to spending my evenings out there again. He explained everything he did and again was very knowledgeable. I just got the mail and was pleasantly surprised to receive a thank you card from them, thanking me for my business. I would 100% use them again and recommend everyone to do the same!

Justin arrived exactly on time. He executed a top quality job exactly to the order specifications. There is nothing he could have done that would have exceeded my expectations. The cost of the work was absolutely in line with competitors. Splish Splash is not the low cost, low quality business running around town. Working with them is always amazing. They have pressure washed our house and cleaned all of our concrete. We had egg stained on our house that we were unable to remove, but they were able to get it all off. Prices are always great and service is always great. We will be using them again in the future!

They just had the options we wanted. They were fast and did a good job.

One technician came out and completed the job in 4-6 hours. The staff was really good about answering any questions I had. They did an excellent job and the pricing was very reasonable. They were very trustworthy and protective of my shrubbery and patio furniture. They put everything back the way they found it. I was very impressed with their service and they had a lot of integrity. I called Jackie to schedule an appt. for a quote. She came the next day, gave me the quote for my house and the neighbors, and scheduled a date to have services provided. She was very personable and professional. Unfortunately, I had a family emergency and needed to leave town prior to pressure washing being done. I had my neighbor handle the money transfer, inspections, etc. However, Jackie was in constant email contact with me, which was very much appreciated. I talked to all my neighbors and everyone was EXTREMELY satisfied with the work Justin did. I came back home 1 month later and the house was still immaculate. We all had mold and dirt on the siding and Justin got it all off. I will MOST DEFINITELY use Splish Splash in the future and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for your pressure washing needs!

Professional in every way, superb attention to detail, and one of the best contractors we have ever hired for anything. They are not the cheapest around but you will absolutely get what you pay for and then some. Our house and deck ended up looking as good as when we painted it a few years back. Jackie came to the house as scheduled with a smile on her face and a positive attitude. She was very friendly and professional and genuinely wanted to get to know us and our needs. She explained about their new equipment and how it would do a better job than just spraying. In giving us the estimate, she added several little extras that were not included in the price: porch, stepping stones and a wooden ramp in the back. Then she gave us a discount for being a veteran. What a great beginning. The job was scheduled and Justin came out as scheduled, on time. He advised me what he was going to do and got right to work. He finished within his time estimate and I can say the the driveway etc. never looked better. Kudos to a fine young team!!! I had been shopping around for a pressure washing company and happened to see them in the neighborhood cleaning someone else's house. I stopped to talk to Justin and asked him to set up appointment. He told me his wife handles the appointments, but he would have her get in touch with me. I was pleased with their prompt scheduling, and thorough explanation of the process. They were very professional, but also extremely friendly and willing to work with me. I also checked with my neighbors to see how they liked their work and they had nothing but great things to say about them. I was not able to be at the house when Jackie came to work up the estimate. Jackie wanted me to be there during the estimate to go through everything they were going to do. Jackie was able to go out on her own and then explain everything afterwards. I was told Justin would be at my home in the morning and he was right on time. I did not have to move anything from my front porch or my patio. He removed my patio furniture, chairs, gas grills, and flower pots, cleaned them off and put them back in their place. I had not had my house pressure washed since I moved in 6 years ago and there was a lot of mold and mildew on the back of my house. Justin did fantastic job removing the stains. He had to scrub some areas by hand to get everything off and I really appreciate the effort. I also had mulch dropped off on my driveway a few years back so it was stained black. I was not sure how the house and concrete would look when all was said and done, but you would have thought the house and cement were new when he finished.
