Silver Linings Pool Service INC.

Had Silver Linings Replace a liner in one of my properties. From the get go it was poor communication; but that poor communication turned into ignoring my calls/text/emails after I paid for the liner to be replaced. Chris stated he would help, but delayed delayed delayed. I was patient and hoped he would fix the wrinkles in the liner that immediately popped up 2 weeks after his install. I had to have my real estate agent call as I knew he was ignoring my calls (and he picked up for my agent). He even asked I drain the pool for him to fix and inspect. Big mistake! Now I am forced to go with another company. The company was flabbergasted that I left the pool drained (which Chris asked me to do so he could *never come fix it*). They then stated the foam he used was incorrect and now I have a $1,200 bill to get my BRAND NEW liner pool hopefully fixed. I feel scammed and when approached by email about his lack of communication and responsiveness, he basically claimed he was too busy and to go ahead and report him to the BBB. I have never written a bad review before; but Chris deserves zero business from the way he handled my pool.

I found another guy that wanted the job. Got done OK.

Chris is super busy, but a great guy that's easy to work with. He measured the pool (with water in it) advised me how to order the color and pattern, asked if the steps should be roughed to avoid slipping (yes), and did a great job installing the pool liner and cleaning up afterwards. I noticed a couple small issues that he came back to fix.

After being assigned the request from AHS, Chris quickly contacted me to make sure he understood the issues and to verify make/manufacturer of pump and filter so he could be sure and have the right parts on hand to fix it when he came out. After he got the parts, Chris and his team came out and installed the new pool pump motor. It's nice to not have to scream over the pool pump noises anymore. While there were here, they also installed a new filter valve as the old one was leaking, as well as they corrected some installation mistakes made prior to us purchasing the property so that we will now be able to easily change the filter sand without having to cut pipes. Bottom line, they did a great job quickly and efficiently to make sure our pool system is functioning properly as we plan to keep the pool open over the winter and will need the pump running to prevent freezing. Extremely happy with the results and plan to use Chris and team for any work and/or repairs my pool may need in the future.
