+ -1 moreWe have been bug-free since their services. They have been very nice to deal with. We were concerned about boxcelder bugs, so we talked to him about it. He said it was best not spray outside because it could kill other things as well, so he gave us tips on what to do. Eventually they went away, so his advice worked.
Description of Work: Every three months they come to my home to spray inside and outside for bugs in general.

+ -1 moreThey weren't overpriced. They were very pragmatic. They didn't do unnecessary work. They were prompt about coming the second time. They were professional and knowledgeable guys.
Description of Work: We had a small mouse problem. They set out traps and they did preventative blockage to keep the mice from getting in. They had to come a second time because the first approach didn't work.

+ -1 moreTim Edwards came out the same day that we called. He was really good. By the time we figured out that this was a dead animal, the smell had gotten really bad. It was a very hot day when he came out. Their charge was very reasonable as well.
Description of Work: We had a dead possum underneath our home. I called them to remove it.

+ -1 moreChuck responded to my initial call within 24 hours and had the termite bait stations and pest treatment completed within 72 hours. Chuck's company is small enough so that their customers get personal treatment. I didn't feel like I was just another account to him. He specifically asked about any problem areas and made sure that they got extra treatment.
Description of Work: Install of termite bait stations and annual contract (quarterly) for bait station monitoring and control as well as annual (quarterly) pest control treatment.
