They came out fast so I will give 2 stars for that but that is where it ends. The price gauging was assanine and when I got the invoice they couldn't even explain the line items. They gave me a "discount" on services and said it was charged by the job and not by the hour. It took them less than 2 hours (that is including the trip to get the materials) to do a super simple repair and they charges $1500. It wasn't even done correctly and when I tried to message them about it, I was told "that's just how we do it" and I had to have someone else fix it. Cannot recommend unless you want terrible service for double the going rate of a repair. They prey on people in a tough situation needing help quickly

Excellent SERVICE and very qualified help throughout the total INSTALL of a new A/C unit. Beyond satisfied to date is the best I can mention for the work done at my home. Highly qualified salesman Mike Simpson is an added bonus. Very friendly and great answering questions. Look forward to Parks doing future work when needed. Ron Feuer, Charlotte, NC

They are great. I use them for many years. They consistently gave good service and very prompt.

All went well. Thankfully, no repairs were needed, but inspection, performance evaluation and cleaning were all done with skill and professionalism.

Install was botched - Parks did not take responsibility. Trying to upsell every service. Was not courteous or respectful.

We have used Parks Heating & Cooling for 28 years and have a maintenance contract with them. They come out twice per year and check our systems, replacing filters and parts, as needed. They have also replaced our heating and cooling units a couple of times over the years and have always treated us fairly with respect to price. They love their long-term customers. If you want this type of relationship with your heating and a/c provider, we would highly recommend them.

Phil during the routine fall maintenance detected damage to a component. I Today he returned with the replacement part and before leaving showed me the defective part. After seeing the defect I must say that Phil has quite a keen eye and good process to have found this defect. We have been very satisfied with the service we receive from Phil and the Park Team.

Inspection was thorough and professional. We were alerted to potential problems. On a previous visit a potential problem was discovered and preventative maintenance no doubt saved an unplanned outage. On this visit a potential carbon monoxide leakage problem was discovered in the burner of the furnace. We have ordered a further evaluation for possible repair or replacement.

The service was on time, prompt, good service, professional technicians and does a very good job. It was during the Covid, so they were working safe, with social distancing and only worked outside the house./

The technician did a thourough jobs, washed the condensor coils and check all aspects of both ACs outdoors and indoors. All in all, a well done service.

Technician, David Martinez did everything in an excellent and professional manner from alerting me on his pending arrival to informing me on all aspects of his inspection. I appreciated his advice on the type of filters that could do the best job. I was impressed with his knowledge and honesty about the cost effectiveness of any mold and mildew remediation versus expensive duct cleaning. He also practiced recommended CDC measures against any Covid-19 exposure. I would definitely have him and Parks HVAC return to my home for future work.

BEWARE: I called and made a complaint on a manger and with in an hour, I was contacted by the said mangers family on social media regarding the complaint. SCARY! Just be aware that if you file a complaint on their staff members, including managers, that person will be informed of who made the complaint and what your personal information is. If that's doesn't send chills down your spine I don't know what will. And yes, I have been in contact with CEO Wyatt Tucker. Instead of calling me directly, he sent a screw off email. It stated if he needed anything from me, he would reach out. He never called, nor sent an open communication email. Just the one that said to not reply back. How strange that he won't talk to me over the phone or at the very least have an open discussion through email. It seems like he might condone this behavior or at the very least not care. Anyway, just thought I'd let the public know.

The Technion performed an outstanding job for us. Took time to show us several areas of the overall unit in order to keep everything running as smoothly as it can.

Parks Heating & Cooling continues to send professional technicians like Irving Pastrana to address our heating and cooling needs. Further, Mr. Pastrana educated us on system maintenance and explained it in layman’s terms. We are grateful for the quality of work and the for the people who deliver said work.

Parks Heating & Cooling was the contractor for the new-build house I purchased. Because of this I immediately started an annual maintenance contract with them. Well, 4 years into the maintenace contract the evaporator coil needed to be replaced at a cost of $1,073 (cost after my 10% discount). Technician told me they have had problems with evaporator coils on this model Lennox and there was a class action lawsuit with Lennox. I researched and found out I was to late to join lawsuit. Problem I have with Parks: - They knew about the problems - and the lawsuit - and failed to notify their customers. I have one more visit on my maintenance contract. I usually call Nov. 1st for the Winter check but woke up this morning with the heat not working. Called Parks and it will be $75 for a technician (plus labor and parts) if I want someone out now - or I can wait and schedule my Winter checkup. Asked to speak to a supervisor - I was told the supervisor (Tony) was in a meeting and he would call when he got out - that was 2 hours ago. Beware of Parks.

Our unit was hit by lightning over the weekend. I am 9 months pregnant and these guys were awesome! They responded very quickly and were here in no time. They explained all of our options and got everything fixed as fast as feasibly possible. Greg Plunkett and Anthony Ford were part of our service team and did an excellent job. Highly recommend to anyone!

I love these guys. They have excellent technicians and they know what they're doing. They are very professional. When they show up to change the filters in your house, they wear shoe covers over their boots. If you ask a question, like this area isn't working right, they will give you suggestions on how to even out the temperatures and air flow. How to make the upstairs and downstairs work most efficiently together. These people are smart. When they come to do the maintenance every 6 months, they make sure things are cleaned off so they will run efficiently. They're very professional, they don't play games and they don't have stupid commercials. They just show up and do the work right. We have used them for years. IF you are a maintenance contract person with them, you get a discount on parts. Every year you renew the contract with them, you earn credits toward replacement units. I think right now I have about $600 to $700 worth of credits towards anything that needs replaced. So they reward customers that stick with them. They charge me a fee per month ($23.58) so I don't have to pay the big agreement fee at one time. Also, if you have the maintenance, you get priority bumped to head of the line service. It's a really good relationship type of deal. They do everything they can to send responsive people out. They will also let you know if they see anything wrong with your house in the places they go like under the house. One guy even fixed something down there for me.

I have a maintenance contract with them. I love these guys. They help you solve your little stuff. These guys are professionals and know what they're doing. I've used them for 20 years. They look out for you and take care of you.

I've got a service contract with them so it was probably about three months ago that they came out. The cost was covered under the contract. About the services they provided, I don't really know. They were good. The workers were real nice.

They are the company that I deal with normally. They do my contract. It is an annual contract so it is $189 to come out twice a year.

I felt I was overcharged. Part under warrenty, but labor $1000.00

We thought OK but later found out that Saul and Abel had torn out the gable end vent and did not push it back in. Found a bat in the attic. Rick, their boss, said that they said they didn't do it. He said he would come and look at it but never did. We had to hire a handy man to fix it at our expense. Also left a box of trash up there figuring 70 year old people would never see it. Company mission statement is LIE and Deny!!!!! Use at your OWN RISK!!!!!

There is actually no cost, because what I do is pay for the whole year. I'm on the annual contract and they come out twice a year. I give “A’s” when it’s really above and beyond. I think the price is fair, it's not great, but it's definitely not the worst. They were really pretty responsive. They were professional.I will use them again. I bought my home new and they were the company that installed it on the new build, so I have no other thing to gauge it with. I have used them for 4 years.

Overall went well, no issues. The technician came 30 minutes after the original 5 hour window that was given to us which was a little annoying. A call wasn't placed to us until about 15 minutes prior to arriving. Past experiences say this is the norm, but the work is decent and better than most of the competition.
