They were very busy, but they managed to get somebody here on the day our air conditioning unit stopped working. The other thing that was good about them is I asked them if I should replace the unit. The guy responded that he would love to be able to do it for me. However, his good conscience wouldn’t let him tell me it was the right decision. He told me that he could fix it cheaper for me. I have been doing business with them over the years because I trust them.

They arrived and did the work on time. They sent another person from the company to look over the work. Sent someone back out the next day to fix a couple of minor details. It was then ready for and passed inspection from the county/city. Everyone was very polite and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to others. Everyone was very professional!

The service/installation manager spent 2 hours at our home showing us the problems with our current duct/heating and A/C system. He proposed 3 options for fixing. The owner's son then came to our home and presented the options with pricing and payment options. We decided on a start date, installation went as planned (with no "down" time to us). We had one concern with the connection of the unit to the house which was addressed and corrected. This group is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Work crew was fantastic.

Excellent. They showed up when they said they would and were fast and efficient. Martin was friendly and professional. Everyone I have dealt with at Parks has been a pleasure to deal with.

He came out and checked out our furnace and gave us an estimate to have some repairs and have the unit blown out. There was a line he wanted to clean and blow out and charge us $200.00. We did not have him do the repairs on that part of the unit. He did tune it up for the winter. We contacted another plumber in the spring and he checked the same line and stated that there should not have been a charge and cleaned it for free.

I called to talk to General Manager, he never called back. I called back and the lady hung up on me and was really mean. Finally I talked to the GM and he said he would refund me for $76 and finally I got that check a week later.

PARKS IS A VERY HARD COMPANY TO COMMUNICATE WITH. THEY DID A GOOD JOB ONCE THEY RECEIVED THE RIGHT PART. HOWEVER, IF I DIDN'T CALL THEM DAILY I'M NOT SURE ANYTHING WOULD HAVE GOTTEN DONE. THE GENTLEMAN THAT WE WORKED WITH, BO, WAS VERY NICE AND EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE APPRECIATE THE WORK THEY DID. WE WOULD JUST HOPE THAT THEY WOULD IMPROVE UPON RETURNING PHONE CALLS.

QUICK RESPONSE, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL EXPLANATIONS, BUT UNNECESSARILY EXPENSIVE FOR 10 MINUTES OF LABOR ONLY ($69 CALL CHARGE, $60 LABOR CHARGE); DON'T SEE OTHERS TACKING ON A CALL CHARGE TO LABOR CHARGE AS WELL.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES AND WILL RECOMEND TO OTHERS.

CALLED TO TRY and GET QUOTE, LEFT A MESSAGE, BUT THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO REPLY.

HAVE USED FOR ANNUAL CHECK UPS AND THEY ALWAYS COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. THE TECHNICIANS ARE TERRIFIC. VERY CONSIDERATE AND NEAT IN HIS WORK.

THEY MISSED THE FIRST APPOINTMENT BUT RESCHEDULED ME FOR THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. VERNON CAME OUT TOOK NOTES ON WHAT NEEDED TO BE INSTALLED. I TOLD VERNON SINCE THEY WERE THE CONTRACTORS THAT INSTALLED THE ORIGINAL SYSTEM, THE JOB WAS PRETTY MUCH THEIRS IF THE QUOTE WAS REASONABLE. AFTER NOT HEARING ANYTHING FOR 1 12 WEEKS, I CONTACTED THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO SEE WHEN I SHOULD EXPECT THE QUOTE.

BEST SERVICE AND THE LOWEST PRICE OF THREE BIDS.

MEMBER REPORT ONGOING TROUBLE WITH THE FURNACE SINCE ITS INSTALLATION AND REPORTS MOST RECENT SERVICE PROBLEM HAS TAKEN TWO DAYS TO REPAIR.
