It started out rocky when an entire section of my fence showed up as the wrong type, but they resolved this and had the new correct part shipped to me free of charge. Unfortunately we purchased our fence late in the year, and did not get to start it until the following summer. We attempted to inventory the parts when it arrived (this how we found the incorrect fence) and thought it all to have been there. We didn't have the room to unpackaged it if we weren't going to use it immediately, as it's nicely wrapped on a pallet. When we unpackaged it finally, we found that only a single 12ft (2x6ft sections) driveway gate was sent. Due to the way the man-gates were packed, we had them mistaken as the second drive gate. While I know it has been a long time and have plenty of photos of the order when it arrived, still on the pallets, and now unpacked, they refuse to make this better. They refuse to supply a $750 drive gate that I PAID FOR! Customer service was incredibly rude to me and refused to listen to logic. I suggested that they do the math for how much that pallet should have weighed and then look at the shipping slip and they'll clearly see that it does not match. She just insisted that it said shipped. We'll, it also said that the correct fence was shipped during the first time, so their accuracy isn't too great. I will be pursuing this until I have my drive gate.

They Lied about everything. Linear feet was 210...stated 290. Billed card and never showed up. Liars!!

I estimated my fencing needs, called and spoke with a customer service rep who gave me advice and answered my questions. I ordered the supplies and completed the fencing installation myself. A few parts were missing and they were quick to provide those. There was some very minor damage to one of the fence sections and they sent a free can of touch-up paint.

I had the most amazing experience with this company. I took a chance ordering their aluminum fencing, gates, custom gate and posts: sight-unseen. Not only is their product less expensive than from the big-box stores, but it is MUCH better quality. Very sturdy construction and I only ordered the Residential version of the gates and fencing. I can't imagine what the commercial grade quality is... must be sturdy enough to hold in an elephant!!!! The gentleman that delivered the fencing was very sweet. He indulged me in counting every piece that was delivered. He made absolutely sure that I was satisfied with the delivery. He laid the items down so they did not blow over while they are waiting to be installed. He was personable and professional. I cannot wait until this is installed and I will be ordering a LOT more from them in the coming months. I have about ¾ of an acre that currently has ‘goat fence’ that I am going to slowly replace with their awesome product!!!! Their customer service was impeccable. I had questions that they answered IMMEDIATELY and they were accommodating and communicative. I am so impressed… I will HIGHLY recommend their products to others!
