Melida's Cleaning Service

Melida & her crew are always punctual & do a great job cleaning our home. When she came out to do an estimate we were amazed as she went room by room showing everything our previous housekeeper had missed. Melida usually arrives with two or three workers and they attack our house like a team of locusts. Each knows exactly what to do & where to do it leaving nothing but 'clean' behind. The price charged is very reasonable and we use her & her team on a weekly basis. We look forward to a long relationship with her & her team!

Overall and in between, I could not have asked for more detailed work. This was beyond what I've received with past cleaning services. Again, they touched every surface in my bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room. They were very careful and very professional. They work together like a team and do not waste time. I highly recommend her and am so glad I found her.

Melida has cleaned for me in the past but I felt that I wanted to update our experience. She continues to provide the same excellenet service as she did the first time she visited us. The house sparkles when she leaves. Due to a lot of variables in our life being newly retired we dont have a regular schedule with Melida, however each time I call she returns my calls and we are able to schedule service in a day or so. You wont go wrong if you chose to have her work for you.

Really can't add much to the above. We are now on a permanent schedule with Melida and crew and see no reason for concern we won't have our home cleaned to perfection for years to come (we hope!)

Excellent cleaning with great attention to detail, way better than the previous housecleaner I used. After both the deep clean and this clean, I was very happy.

I initially contacted Melida to deep clean a home that we were placing on the market for sale. She was responsive to our request and she and her staff did a good job deep cleaning the home. I subsequently contacted Melida a few months later to clean our new home. I initially left a message with her and did not hear back. I waited a few days and then attempted to contact her again. This time she answered the phone and said that she would have to check her schedule and would call me back after 6pm that day. She never returned the phone call. I did not attempt to call her again.

We love Melida's Cleaning Service and have been using them weekly since June. They are extremely thorough and professional. The house smells great and sparkles when they are done. We have an eight month old dog and they are very patient with him. They also work in a team so their overall time in home is less than a one person service. This is an important benefit to us because we have a home office and are here 90% of the time when the work is being done.

Went well. We really like Melinda and her crew. They have been coming for about 3 months now. Melinda is very responsive to my phone calls and has been flexible w/ my schedule. It's so nice to come home to a clean and shiny house!

Melida and her girls have done a great job for me over the past few months. I am moving out of state. I will miss them. It is hard to find someone with the thoroughness and quality of work Melida and her team provide. I recommend them highly.

Melida does a good job cleaning and is very receptive to our regular requests to pay particular attention to one area or another (kitchen floor, baseboards, etc.) on a week to week basis.

The crew arrived on time and promptly went to work. They cleaned everything in sight! I was very impressed with the finished product.

Their focus is cleaning the house as quick as possible. The 1st time was great, however as we continued to use her the quality was not as good as the 1st time. There was not a final walk through to make sure was done proper. Each visit varried, however it was not as good as the 1st visit.

Overall, the service has gone well. She is very professional and thorough. If you have an issue, you can always talk to them and so far I am happy with them. I would recommend them.

I called Medlida after reading several Angies List reviews. She returned my call promptly and came to my house to look it over and give me an estimate for cleaning. She offered a monthly service or twice a week. Melida was very pleasant and professional and we went over the whole house thoroughly. She explained that her crew consists of her two cousins and it would be the three of them every time they came to clean. I decided to let her clean the house to see how it went. They bring their own cleaning supplies unless there's something special that you want used. I was very pleased with the outcome. She was careful with my belongings and cleaned everything well. My master bath shower has never been so clean. She has been back several times now and every time I've been pleased with her work. She comes twice a month.

Melida and her team performed a "deep clean" of my 4,300 sq. ft. house, right before I moved in. The ladies did an excellent job! They cleaned areas that most other housecleaners would have overlooked, and Melida was very professional and sweet. I felt comfortable having her in my home. Melida will be coming back once we are settled in, to give us an estimate for a monthly cleaning job. If it is a reasonable estimate, we will DEFINITELY be using Melida again. I would highly recommend Melida's Cleaning Service to anyone in the Charlotte area.

I think this is a relatively new company with the typical new company learning experiences. I feel comfortable with her and her choice of helpers so far. I am always here when they come. Due to the varied people who have actually "done the job" and my limited experience (4-6 visits) it is difficult to make a firm commitment on ratings especially price.

She came with 2 other women and they were amazing. They scrubbed everything until it sparkled. They also worked very fast but very thouroughly. Our house was cleaner than it had ever been with other cleaner. I am very satisfied.

We have used her twice now and have been very pleased with the results. Melida and her team are prompt, courteous, and very thorough. We will definitely use the service again.
