Melinda's Cleaning Service did a very thorough job cleaning my house for the first cleaning. I plan to have them come every two weeks for service. Melinda is very professional and delivers what she promises. The house looked great. My house is very large house and she had five ladies cleaning for a total of 5 1/2 hours. My house is approximately 8000 sq feet. I would highly recommend their services.

The house is spotless - every drawer cleaned. Every baseboard. The trim. The high moldings. I'm picky. She and her crew were thorough and excellent. Worth every cent. Highly recommend. Reliable, professional, excellent work. We are now using her services for ongoing cleaning - and we'll use her for set up and extras before adn after parties.

Melida and her crew came in to perform a base cleaning in preparation for regular cleaning events. To my surprise Melida brought (3) other ladies with her and within a couple hours our house was the cleanest we could ever remember. Due to the late hour they started, she brought in another crew of (3) to finish up. We are so pleased with the results and the efficiency at which it was executed. We are now considering having them come back every 2- weeks instead of every 3. Highly recommend these detailed folks and we look forward to each visit.

I hired Melida to clean my house and she does a phenomenal job. She has been cleaning for me for over a year. Melida is punctual, professional and her price is great. I am extremely happy with her work. She has been wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone that asked about a cleaning service.

FANTASTIC!!! Melida and team have been cleaning my home (1800 square feet) every 2 weeks for more than 6 months. When I called to have an estimate done last year, Melida came out the next day. Her team did an initial deep clean (for $185) and then started my regular service every 2 weeks. I was AMAZED at how clean they got my kitchen floors and stove top during the deep clean - my grout has never looked that good! I can not believe I didn't call them sooner! Their regular clean is always thorough; they do all bathrooms, windows, blinds, floorboards, floors, dust, vaccuum, clean kitchen counters, sink and stovetops and make all beds and fold all blankets. It's a treat to come home to such a clean how the days they come!

Overall things went as well as I could possibly expect. My mother was extremely happy with the service. See above.

Wow! I did not expect to see six people at my door to clean my home and even more surprised at the amount of time they spent in my home. For the initial deep cleaning service, they arrived at 3:30 and left at 7:30pm. They all spread out in different directions and started working. I was very impressed at how well they cleaned our master bathroom, the shower in particular, as well as the kitchen. They were all very professional and quiet - the only real noise was the sound of the vacuum. I work from home so arrival time wasn't an issue but I thought the noise might be - again not an issue. Everything looked wonderful when they left. Like everyone else, I wanted the home cleaned in time for Thanksgiving and she worked me in to her busy schedule. Her crew arrived at 7:30AM on the 23rd and they were gone by 8:45. I was not disappointed as everything seemed to be cleaned that I was expecting.

Melinda has been cleaning our home for 18 months now. If there were anything I could change it would be to have her come EVERY week. it's so wonderful to come home to a fresh and clean home. Her team even straightens our mess. I love how they arrange the pillows on our beds, fluff the couch cushions and even clean under the cushions. I don't know what product she uses in our kitchen but I am never able to replicate the great job they do with our ceramic cooktop, stainless appliances, laminate countertops and stainless sink.

I called Melida on a Friday, and she was very prompt and came Friday afternoon for an estimate. She emailed me the first of the week and said they could arrive Thursday at 1pm. I ask my husband if he could leave work at lunch and work from home Thursday afternoon to make sure they could get in the home with no problems, and to be around in case of problems since it was there first visit. He was able to do so. The crew arrived at 4pm, with no call to let me know they would be late. It really wasn't a problem for us that day, but wanted to let everyone else know just in case. When I arrived, we wanted to stay out of the way so we went out for dinner and ran some errands. We returned at 8pm and the crew was just leaving. They did an excellent job, and cleaned Everything. I was very pleased with their work!!!! I can't begin to tell you everything they cleaned. The only thing I noticed that wasn't dusted/cleaned was my china cabinet on the inside. The glass needs to be cleaned. Thought they would have done that with a 'deep cleaning'. Maybe they will catch it next time. :-) I ask Melida to come every other week on a Thursday. She agreed. Again, with the exception of my china cabinet I am very pleased, and am excited that Melida and crew will be coming every other Thursday to clean my home. Just hope they can make it a little earlier each Thursday. They did a Great job! And highly recommend them!

Arranged for Melida's Cleaning Service to do an initial clean on my house, with potential for bi-monthly cleaning. Melida had estimated my townhome previously at $215 for the initial clean and $95 for bi-weekly cleaning. They arrived late on the scheduled date and proceeded to clean my townhome. Most of the house was cleaning, with the exception of the following: walls in the master bath were not swiped, the guest bathtub was not cleaned, everything on the dual master bath sinks was replaced in a random, well spread out manner across 1/2 the countertop, not all of the fronts of the kitchen cupboards were cleaned, dog treats from Trader Joe's were soaked on the kitchen counter. After the cleaning was complete, I asked her for the total, and she told me $235. I gave her $300 because I know they spent a lot of time on items in the master bath and kitchen. I realize I have a lot to clean on the master bath sinks and the kitchen countertops. This was viewed by Melida in the original estimate. I sent her mail asking her to start a bi-weekly service, with the request that the person that did the upstairs sinks and kitchen not return to my home. She told me that 'they all work together always', and assured me that they do their best. I asked them to come back for a bi-weekly clean and after a number of e-mail exchanges settled on Monday. I had an issue with work come up and had to be onsite so contacted her to reschedule, and agreed on Friday. Mid-morning Friday I received word that a very close friend was involved in a car accident and I e-mailed her to reschedule. I requested that she schedule me for early the following week, but have not heard from her since.

They never showed up for the scheduled estimate. We decided not to use the service.

Melida and her crew cleaned my house from to bottom. They cleaned every single surface and left the house looking like new. I work full time and go to school full time so she and her crew really had their work cut out for them. I was amazed at how efficient they were, usually 2 to 3 people in each room, each of whom performed specific jobs very thoroughly. She really seemed to go above and beyond and takes a great deal of pride in her work. She and her crew absolutely exceeded my expectations, which were pretty high. I will definitely use her service again and will recommend her to my neighbors and friends.

I called Melida's Service because of her good rating in Angie's List. I needed desperate help because I just good released out of the hospital and my house was kind of a mess with a husband and 2 kids. Being kind of handicapped (can't use my right arm due to an serious infection) I called Melida and explained my situation. She was able to come and visit me right away to give me a quote and could do the first cleaning a couple of days later. I am very impressed with her business attitude, her kindness and her professional service, She and her crew where on time and cleaned my whole house in 3 hrs. I was very pleased with her and we agreed now on a bi-weekly service. I can recommend her service to anyone - she is hardworking, detailed orientated and reliable! It is hard to find someone like this - but when you found it, never let go and treat them well! Thanks Melida - you made my illness crisis much more comfortable and I appreciate your service a lot!!!

Melida and her team clean our house every 2 weeks. They are very thorough when they clean. They move rugs out of the way when cleaning floors, they clean under the furnature, they even move furnature out of the way so they can clean everywhere. They clean the kitchen and bathrooms so they sparkle. They make the bedrooms look so neat and tidy. The house always looks and smells so nice and clean when they are done, however, they don't use products that are so smelly that you get a headache - which is nice since I work from home. When they are here, they are very good about working around my schedule so they clean my home office either before or after any conference calls I have on my calendar that day. Also, I have a dog that sheds a LOT. They are very good about getting all the hair off the floors, rugs and sofas. They also get his nose prints off the windows. :) My husband and I both work and it takes all of our time during the week just to keep up with cooking, cleaning the dishes, and doing laundry. It would take us an entire weekend or longer to clean the house as good as Melida and her team do. We are very happy with Melida's Cleaning Service and glad we hired them to clean our house.

Her crew is very thorough and she charges a fair price. They come weekly, usually in the morning and have the house clean within 2 hours. We have both messy kids and pets. I do make sure my kids pick up everything off of the floor and don't expect the cleaners to deal with clutter so we do a big "straightening frenzy" the night before so that they can really clean. I would highly recommend Melida!!

Called Melida - got a response same day. We scheduled for the following week. They arrived on time and cleaned our house for the initial deep clean. This took about 4 hours and our house has never looked this clean. They are a wirlwind crew - in a good way! She now comes every other week and they are done in about an hour. We always look forward to her visit.

Her service keeps getting better and better. She is courteous, efficient, and prompt. Her staff is very friendly and are all extremely fluent in English.

Melida and her cleaning crew have been cleaning my house for about 8 months now. They do a fantastic job. They are very reliable and flexible. I had a sick child yesterday when they were supposed to clean, so when they showed up, I asked if we could reschedule. Melida and her crew were so sweet and understanding. Then, to my pleasant surprise they were able to fit me in this morning. I came home from running errands to a spotless house and a smiling cleaning crew. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Melida through her listing in Angie's list. I wanted her to do an overal extensive cleaning and then come in every two weeks for followup cleaning. She came out at the appointed time, looked over the house, gave me her charges. We ageed on price and dates. She continued until my temporary job was completed. Her group did an excellent job.
