Description of Work: Cleaned everything and did it well

Description of Work: Melida has been cleaning my townhome for about a year and I am very pleased with the quality of her work. She is dependable and does a very good job.

Description of Work: Service was not provided because Melida did not return my phone call requesting her service. This was the second time this has happened. Last time she didn't bother to show up at all.

Description of Work: My wife called Melida's to schedule a deep cleaning. I had checked Melida's ratings on Angies List and noticed that she was highly recommended. I also noticed that her advertisement said she serviced our county. When my wife talked to Melida she was told that she did NOT service our area. She told my wife that she had received more calls about cleaning houses in this county but it was too far to travel. My wife told her the reason people were calling her was because she was advertising that she did service this area. Melida needs to change her advertisement to correct this error.

Description of Work: melida and crew did a deep clean of my house. they did a fabulous job. my house smelled wonderful and they really worked hard to get my house together! I am now having them clean every two weeks.

Description of Work: Called service to get an estimate on cleaning my home. She requested to come on Thurs. I requested before 10:30 AM or after 2 PM, as I had an obligation. She called at 10:30 AM and said she would be at my house close to 2 PM. I waited all afternoon. I came straight home from my obligation, neglected other errands I needed to do. She never came, or called. She did not call that night or this morning for an explanation. I feel this was unacceptable and unprofessional with a real lapse in communication. I do not recommend her company.

Description of Work: Melida and her team have been cleaning my house on a regular basis for several months. They do an excellent job. The ladies are very thorough. Melida is very accommodating. She manages well and works closely with her team. She is always willing to do any extra tasks I might ask for. If I can not be at home when they are cleaning, I am very confident that things will be done well. They are very trustworthy. If my schedule requires a different day, she always works with me. I can not say enough good things about Melida and her team.
