Description of Work: On a 2 furnace/ AC system: tech did troubleshooting of all equipment, added refrigerant to both systems, unclogged a condensing pipe and addressed an issue with the overflow pan. |This equipment had been previously serviced by another company. They did not catch - and thus did not address - either the pipe or overflow pan problems.

Description of Work: replaced current heat and air conditioner. very professional I would rate them A+ installation and customer service.

DID NOT try to sell UP SELL us, like the other 3, sold us quality systems, gave us quote and time frame for the entire job, so we went with them. They did it in that time frame, had to do extra things , and did a better job than we ever expected, and did not charge us a single dollar over the quote, and they had to spend almost an entire extra day plus extra materials. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: This company provided a 2nd opinion and quote for a new HVAC system. They arrived on time and provided a detailed estimate. We ended up getting a different company to add freon to the system and it's working fine so am a little disappointed that McClintock didn't offer other options.

Description of Work: Replaced control board and dual run capacitor. Darren went out of his way to get a new control board because he did not have one in stock, so he drove out to buy one and drove back and installed it same day.

Description of Work: The $109.00 special that Chris offered was to service both the furnace and the a/c but since I needed the furnace looked at and the out door temperature was above 65 I was able to have both services done on the same day. Chris sent Michael to do the job and he was so thorough with each unit that when he left I felt safe and well taken care of. Thank you for your service.

Description of Work: I've had McClintock doing an semi-annual inspection on both of my heat pumps here at my home for 3 or 4 years. They are punctual, professional and courteous. They have gone above and beyond in working with my ageing equipment. Never have I felt that they were "looking" for work to increase their billing. They are honest and above reproach. At times they have found problems and given me the option to fix them - but then again, that's why I have a service contract - to find and fix problems before a unit goes out at 2 am on a cold wintery day.
