We decided to replace our 19 year old HVAC system by one of the most reputable firms in the Charlotte area. We had been using them for several years for spring and fall tune-ups and when it became time for replacement, we chose a firm we could rely on. From the initial meeting with the estimator through the quote process and installation, everything went like clockwork. Follow-up has been refreshing, but not surprising. From top to bottom, they are the best.

Chris Parra came out to do the 6 month service check on our HVAC packaged unit. Chris was very professional and thorough. He gave me a couple of pointers on balancing the temperature from room to room and he was great at answering my questions. I’m very pleased with the service provided by McClintock and Chris is a great member of their team.

Great work. In and out one day. Came and did quality check after a week or so after installation. Left site clean and tidy. Prices were fair. Salesman was informative and not pushy.

Cristian (service tech) came and listened carefully to my description of the noise I was hearing and where it was the loudest. After doing some detective work he was able to find and fix the problem.

This was the easiest company to work with. The technicians were knowledgeable and courteous. Sales rep knew his products. No up-sale, no hassle quote with coupon options and rebates mentioned up front and on the quote. They carry Trane equipment, and although it might cost more, the equipment has a better reputation than all other HVAC units. Even after a week and a glitch in our electrical, they came out same day and fixed the issue. We love the heat during this colder than usual season and I am confident the air conditioner will work even better! Great Job!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Every person that we worked with at McClintock was extremely professional and had our best interest in mind. They are zero pressure and highly knowledgeable. I am confident that we got the best equipment installed by the best company in Charlotte.

From our first meeting with the sales rep to the completed installation, each person was very professional. Brian our sales rep listened to our specific needs, helped us choose the system best for our needs, and did not try to sell us more than we needed. The installation crew explained what they were doing, and left everything very neat. Will definitely use their services again.

Very well. The installation team was amazingly professional. To us the only gap was that management did not staff appropriately the job so that the two professionals doing the install had to work very late Friday evening to get the project completed. This seemed unfair to them and was inconvenient for us as well.

Working with McClintock has been a pleasure. From my first call to schedule through the completion of the appointment It went very well. Samantha was very nice when I called to schedule and worked with me to get a date that would work with my schedule. The service technician, Kevin, was very thorough, professional and friendly. He explained each step in the process and provided before and after photos of the work he did during the maintenance service on our furnace. Thank you McClintock for being a great service provider!

It did not go well, all he did was add refridgerant/freon, never check the attic unit. And a few weeks later, I have no air. I think they are just soo focused on trying to sell me a new unit, that they just don't bother. Horrible service.

I have had the system for 7 years and when you pay that much you really would think it would last a long time. I just had to pay $1200.00 to have a repair.

The install went very well and we couldn't be happier with our choice in using McClintock Heating Cooling & Electrical Inc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I used them years ago and just recently signed up for a maintenance agreement after researching them again to make sure they were still highly rated. I think the price is a little high. They are very reliable. I would certainly recommend them to a friend. Communication was excellent, they kept me informed.

I did a lot of research on who to buy our unit from and have been impressed with McClintock from top to bottom. The service tech's are professional, knowledgable and have never tried to over sell (intact, the only thing i've paid for after 4 or 5 years is the scheduled maintenance). Chris Abernathy was out today and did a great job answering all of my questions and confirmed that my system is operating at full efficiency.

This Spring's A/C system check revealed that the temperature drop across my 12 year old A/C system was significantly less than is should be. Rather than risk a system failure during the heat of Summer we, research HVAC companies on Angie's list, obtained 3 proposals and selected McClintock based on proposal alternatives, and price. Work was scheduled and completed on a timely basis, leaving a clean house and working system.
