Once the coil was received from the manufacturer McClintock scheduled the install for the next day. Christian Para once again arrived on time and was very professional throughout. The whole McClintock team seemed to be doing everything they could to minimize any disruption to the household ( I work from home.) and provide excellent service while trying to provide any discounts possible. Overall, I am extremely satisfield with the service that Christian and McClintock provided. They will certainly be my first call for HVAC service. Cost listed is total cost for repairs, parts, labor, refrigerant and a 1 year service contract.

We moved into our house a year ago and were not happy with the a/c and furnace. Although they were working, we'd had technicians out several times to fix some minor issues. We decided we wanted to replace the system with something more efficient. We received a quote from the company we used at our previous address and then chose to get a quote from McClintock. Although the system ended up being more expensive than our other quote, we were impressed with the level of service and knowledge that we received from McClintock. It didn't seem like they were trying to oversell anything. The technicians that performed the replacement were knowledgeable and very polite. Great experience from start to finish - so far.

Hired McClintock for semi-annual maint on HVAC system. Any time that we had an issue, we didn't have to wait long to get someone to come out. We then ended up having to replace our system (we knew it was coming since they kept warning us over the last few visits). They were very patient with us as we looked over our options of systems and financing. We continue to have them service our new system. They really are a great company and I would recommend them to others.

They do a good job. They do a twice a year check up on their installation. They will be back in a few months. They did the complete install. They did a good job. It's $245 a year for two check ups and that's just the regular service charges.

Guys were very professional and on time. They took 2 days to complete the job and kept me informed the entire time. Provided great information.

McClintock replaced my air conditioner and have serviced my gas furnace, so I thought of them first. I called and told Samantha the problem. She said she would see if someone was in the area. Less than 20 minutes later, Kathy called and told me Darren was in the area and was assigned to my call. About 20 minutes after that Kathy told me Darren was on the way. Darren arrived about 1 hour after my call, which I think is stupendous. He checked, and said that the thermostat was indeed broken. The only thermostats he had on his truck were very expensive and more complicated than necessary for my furnace. Another service call to replace the thermostat (after I bought one) would be $105. It was decided that I would replace it myself. Darren was very friendly, personable, and especially appreciated in this case, prompt.

Their pricing is consistent with everybody else. There were 4 people who came out. The work took a couple of days to complete. I like the efficiency of the product. There was no hassle for the work. I have used them for 10 years. They will be back for the seasonal inspection next month.

I have not had to call them out on a service.

We had been using McClintock for years to perform seasonal maintenance on our HVAC system so that is whom we called when we realized that our unit was no longer blowing hot air. We knew that the system was at the end of its life and were not surprised to learn that we needed to replace the unit. McClintock was very helpful in explaining the different replacement choices we had and the costs associated with each. Once we made our choice (an electric heat pump), we were put on the schedule right away and work began within a week. Both my husband and I were very impressed with McClintock during all phases of this project. Big picture, the work was done on schedule, by a professional crew, and we ended up with a unit that is doing a much better job at keeping our home comfortable than the unit we had before. However, it was the attention to detail that really impressed us about McClintock. They did small things like bringing us space heaters to help us stay warm for the few days we had without heat (during the Dec. 2016 cold snap) and installing a light fixture in our crawl space. They also did the best job of cleaning up after the inside portion of their work than anyone I have ever hired. As part of the project, they installed a new return air vent in the ceiling of one of our bedrooms, which created some dust and debris from the cutting. They vacuumed up so well that I did not have to go back and do it myself. That has never happened before when I have hired out work; I always seem to find some dust/debris that the contractor didn't see - but not with McClintock!

I was very pleased with their service. They were able to point out that my air conditioner that I purchased five years ago by another company, was not correctly wired. It is two cycles, and I was only getting one cycle. I will be going after the manufacturer to try and get that rectified. McClintok were highly recommended by Trane. They are very good people. They spent a lot of time here and were very professional. I was not happy about the mis-wiring installed by the previous company I used. They told me I was suffering from a higher bill than I should have. Because of this, the air conditioning unit now has condensation that has rusted out some of the components. It is also showing substantial ware, because it was wired improperly.

I just feel like they always manage to find something wrong with the unit and I'm paying them extra for it.

Excellent. Mike McClintock came out and gave us a short, low-pressure presentation of our options. He was very respectful of our time and in no way pressured us...unlike his competition. The installation was excellent. Installers were polite and really helpful with demonstrating how the new smart thermostat works. Very pleased with our decision.

Excellent. This is a great company, from the technicians to the office staff everyone is professional and friendly. They are quick to respond and get you scheduled (thank you Tassie) , arrive as scheduled, answer any questions you have and get the work done (thank you Chris!).

Everything was done very professionally. From initial contact, to first diagnostic visit, to scoping the project, and through installation and follow-up, the McClintock team did an excellent job. We have used other companies in the past, but none compares, in our experience, with McClintock.

Very well. Chris did a thorough inspection of both systems.

Chris alerted us that there is significant rusting on the outdoor unit, and that while it is not a problem now, it more than likely will be a problem within 5 years. Other than that the systems, while older, are still plugging. This visit, we paid for the 2 annual visits, for 2 systems each. The next visit (for cooling) is now paid for. Chris is very professional, timely, and easy to talk to. We switched to McClintock last winter. We are very pleased and plan to continue using them.

Very pleased with the service call. The technician (Chris Abernethy) performed a detailed inspection, checked both electrical component and coolant systems for proper circuit outputs and freon levels, re-sealed several service panel gaps with caulk to prevent moisture from getting into one of the wiring compartments, checked the thermostats, and noticed two capacitors which were at risk for failing ( with marginal readings, and/or a bulging housing). I was given the option of repairing them later if I preferred, but opted to handle it at the time to prevent the need for a callback. I always appreciate service technicians who give you options, without any pressure to do the work if it is not needed immediately. I also really liked the fact that he took the time to educate me on how the system components work, and what I can do as a homeowner to get best from the equipment. He was a very knowledgeable and friendly representative for his company. I'm a relatively new McClintock customer, and I have never been disappointed by the quality of workmanship or the professionalism of the service team. Today was another good experience. Well done.

Chris Abernethy did a spectacular job regulating our furnace today! He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions perfectly!

There was some initial confusion on what was wrong, but the technician figured it out.

As always, McClintock has done a great job and continues to earn my "singing their praises"! Chris Abernethy was our technician today and he was outstanding. I have been a customer for over 10 years and will continue, as believe they are the best!

Chris Abernethy performed the services. He was very cordial and arrived on time. We are glad to be clients of McClintock as they seem to have the best technicians that have longevity with the company.

EXCELLENT. I will be signing up with McClintock for annual maintenance. The technician was Chris Abernathy and he took me through the review in detail, and explained how the system worked (because I wanted to understand an estimate that had been made by another company.) I am very satisfied with the work done.

Scheduling an appointment was difficult, to say the least. The first time, they called before I had said I would be available to say their service person was ready to see me, And when I gave them a time (30 mins.) for when I could be at home, they would not wait for me. After three days of trying, and requesting a morning time, they finally scheduled an afternoon appointment, but when I gave them a three hour window before I would have to leave again, they weren't sure they could handle that. Since every contact with this company left me feeling like they felt they were doing me a favor for my bringing them my business, I called them back and cancelled.

We have been using them for the last 3 years. We have an annual maintenance plan. The workers cleaned up after themselves.
