Technicians were outstanding.
Description of Work: Had to purchase entire new unit. They let us borrow 3 widow units, since it was two weeks until work could be performed. Technicians took their time to do it right. Cut out 5 large sheetrock holes in the wall, but I guess they didn't have a choice.

Did not perform work.
Description of Work: I needed a quote for repairing or replacing my A/C. I called 5 companies all from Angie's List. This would have been the company I would have went with if they had same as cash financing for a year. I was able to get that from the company I went with through Home Depot. Charles Gravely gave a lot information the other companies did not. His pricing was in line with the others.

Description of Work: On January 20, 2006, they replaced the old 20 x 20 return grill. The old one half hinged properly all this time and through the years of dog dander was dirty enough to come clean only via sonic washing (or something). The new one is really white, clean, pretty, and latches perfectly.
