The service was very good. They do background check on their cleaners and the one that we have was very nice and does a very professional work.

Truly, the work Jennie does in my home brings me peace and calmness. Of my three children, only one is still at home with me, but still, the demands of work and life leave me with little time to keep the house clean and organized. Jennie does more than clean my house, and she has a great heart. She goes well beyond what one would expect, and she demonstrates that she cares also. Oh, and she provides world-class cleaning services. Please give her a raise or big bonus! I would highly recommend MaidPro South Charlotte. From the first time I contacted them for a price quote, and for the last 8 months, they have delivered a level of customer service that is rare to find these days.

The Maid Pro employee arrived right on time, as she always does. It is reassuring to know that I can depend on this promptness and plan my day accordingly. She is friendly and professional and, clearly, our satisfaction is her top priority. She listens to my specific requests and follows them to the letter. She does a very thorough job of cleaning our house and gives attention to even the smallest detail. She is careful and respectful of things in our home that are important to me, such as family keepsakes. When she leaves our home is sparkling clean from one end to the other. We have been completely satisfied with the services of Maid Pro and would certainly recommend them to others.

Kelly, Maid Pro staff, cleans my home twice a month. The first time she cleaned, I met her and she was very professional. She explained what would take place and what I should expect. I have not been home when she clean since that first time, but I know my home is in good hands! My house is always left clean and smelling fresh. Kelly pays attention to details and always meet my expectations. After each clean, I receive a copy of the 49 point checklist indicating what exactly has been cleaned, along with a personal handwritten note from Kelly. She leaves "treats" for my son, which is above and beyond. I can clearly tell Kelly cares about her her work. I recommend Maid Pro to all of my friends and neighbors. It's a load off me knowing Maid Pro has taken a huge chuck off of MY to-do list.

I called them for an appointment to clean the basement and the upstairs'. They can at the appointed time at 12 noon and finished at 5:00. They always send 2 people to my house and one does the basement and the other person does the upstairs. They are always friendly to work with and calls or sends you a memo to ask if all was ok. I then give them a credit card for the payment. In my case, I tell them to keep my card on file. They are very honest and they have never broken anything . I feel very safe with them cleaning my home as my wife and I are never home when they are cleaning. We very highly recommend as we do not just let anyone clean our home. they have cleaned our home on 4 different occasions and did a great job all 4 times.

I usually have the same cleaning lady every time unless there is vacation or some such conflict. She knows my home. My likes and dislikes and she takes care of things. I do not even need to be there for the job to get done. And a few weeks ago I was in hospital and my lady did a few extra things for me that I do not usually ask for, but my hospital stay was unexpected and so there were some areas that needed addressing. I came home and my house was clean and my bed was made and all dishes in the sink were cleaned. It was a pleasure to come home and not have to worry about a thing.

We like their service. They always review with us and give us the chance to get additional work done as well as give feedback on if we are not pleased with the work.

I found a lot of inconsistencies in their service. They kept sending different ladies and they were nice to work with. My home just was not getting clean. As a whole the advertising that they offer is not what I found to be accurate as far as the list of items that I wanted cleaned. Often times I would have to let them know what needed to be done, even though the work was already listed. The last girl that I had, Andrea was terrific. Dealing with the company, had its problems.

My first experience with them went very well. When they came this month, they sent one lady instead of two and gave her a time limit; she was unable to do the required work. She told me that I would have to pay for an additional hour even though I did not increase the cleaning. They told me that when I did the monthly contract it would decrease the time that they would do the work and the work time would go down to 2-1/2 hours from 4 hours. I have discontinued the service as all that was cleaned was one bathroom, a living area; including a living room, dining room and kitchen. The first time they came in I was so satisfied with them; but with them not informing me of the decrease in time and sending fewer employees I just discontinued the service.

After reading good reviews on Angies list, I called MaidPro. The lady over the phone was extremely courteous and was able to provide an estimate over the phone after 30 minute of conversation. She also got my credit card details to confirm the schedule. I requested her to email me the rates and details for records which she did. I reviewed the email to find out that the rates were for bi-weekly. I had made it very clear during the phone conversation that I am looking for only tri-weeky or monthly service. So I replied back to her email asking for tri-weekly. After that the Franchise owner of South Charlotte, Mr. Blanchard had called and left a voice message with increased rate for tri-weekly service. When I tried to return his call, the call got routed to Boston main office. So I decided to get a confirmation by email (to be on the safer side) and emailed Mrs. Blanchard. On the initial email she apologized for their mistake. But on the emails she sent later on, she wasn't nice enough and apparently emailed me to find some other service. On the first place, they didn't provide me the correct price and when I tried to clarify wasn't nice enough in the emails. On top of it, revealed increased hourly rates only during email conversation(Please note there was no mention of this during my initial conversation with the lady over the phone). Towards the end being very rude and not courteous. Very disappointing service.

I started using the service by using a Groupon. After reading horror stories about other maid services using Groupon/LivingSocial I was a little hesitant. I used them 4 times and then I decided to hire them on a recurring basis. I think their price is fair and they always do a good job. They always follow up by e-mail and phone call, and have a good emphasis on customer service.

The cleaning process is wonderful. I enjoyed the service providers - they came right on time, were eager to get started and did a professional job on my house under less than ideal conditions. The team worked around my request to clean the office first so I could continue to work. They also cleaned around my stack of 'yard sale items' that were piled high. The team walked through my house with me and asked for my preferences, but MaidPro has a process they follow to ensure they do a much better job than I could.

Just get your house ready they come and clean amazingly well and will do things the way you want them. Not the way they want to do it.

They do everything they say they are going to. They are very consistent and offer good, reasonable rates.
