Max was great. I highly recommend. He explained the issue with my washer, the fix and provided an estimate. The work was done quickly and the issue was fixed at the cost quoted. He even took a look at my oven (I thought there might be an issue, he confirmed there wasn’t) at no charge. I will definitely utilize J.A.R. If I ever need an appliance repair.

JAR was hired to fix my ovens and he did an excellent job by going far and above expectations. He's patient and his attitude to work is quite wonderful. He took his time to diagnose the problem, found out about what parts will be needed for the job to be done. He ordered the parts and tried very hard to fix it to make me happy even though some people had already tampered with them to mess them up. He never got mad even though I kept calling him back and forth. Everytime I had called him he answered or texted back when he couldn't pick up. He took his time to explain what the problem was and how best he could help. He's a guy, who didn't really think about the money but rather bent on getting the job done. I would therefore recommend him to whoever needs a technician to fix their stuff to fall on him and you will never regret you did. He assured me he will be there whenever I need help with any of my equipment. People like JAR are hard to find, so don't let him leave the company.

Max was very much a professional and did an excellent job of explaining the situation with our washer. He also did a check of our dryer and found nothing wrong. We will call him again if we need service.

Max was great. He let me know the issue and was able to solve it same day for a great price. My whirlpool top load washing machine was leaking and the suspensions were no good. He fixed it and now it is working. I will for sure use this company in the future if needed. Thank you so much.

Very professional and responsive! He came to my rescue within the hour of my washing machine, deciding it did not want to drain the water after the spin cycle. The problem was solved immediately. I highly recommend!

Max has replaced suspension in my washer and this helped reduce clunking noises significantly. 3 months in - so far so good!
