My wife and I worked with Blake recently to test a new apartment we had moved into for mold after finding what appeared to be a severe mold infestation that was hidden from us by the leasing office of our complex. We requested a quote through Angi for a mold specialist and Blake called us on that same Sunday morning as he was on his way into church. Blake was exceptionally kind and agreed to come to the property to test it that afternoon. Blake did all the tests necessary for a fantastic rate (significantly less than the other quotes we had been given) and informed us that even from a visual inspection alone he knew the apartment was unsafe for us to reside in. He advised us to leave the premises and move our belongings out so they wouldn't be contaminated. We were so grateful for Blake's advise as my wife is 17 weeks pregnant and the health of our baby is our utmost priority. Blake promptly got our lab results and professional report back to us within less than two days and provided the evidence we needed to terminate our lease and get out of a very unsafe living situation. On top of everything, Blake called us multiple times to check in and see if there was anything else he could do to help us during a very stressful time in our lives. I truly was blown away by not only Blake's knowledge, expertise, and professionalism, but also his genuine care for us. Blake obviously loves what he does and has a desire to not just run a reputable business but also to help people in need. If you are looking for someone with mold expertise who can address the mold in your home and provide you with the necessary solutions to ensure your home is a safe and mold-free place, Blake is your guy. He is punctual, true to his word, and knows exactly what he's talking about. I could not recommend him more highly!

Blake and his son did a fantastic job cleaning out are air duct system, (we have 2 units) 3 returns and 21 vents (house is 28 years old and never had air ducts cleaned), we wanted them cleaned out cus I found mold in one vent/air duct, they used a product called Decon30 that kills mold and anything harmful in the air ducts. Are HVAC systems are now blowing out colder air even when it’s over 90 degrees outside, they use a system called Ram air that has a flexible hose with a tiny round plastic ball that blows air toward the vent and not into the ducts while spinning inside the ducts knocking dust or anything in its path out. I was worried that a lot of dust would come into rooms and all over everything (I had a lot of stuff covered before they came just in case) but everything stayed cleaned because of the Ram air clear vent cover and clear clover they used on returns. I would recommend putting plastic down if you have mold in you’re ducts or if a item can’t be moved under a vent/return. I was a little disappointed that I had to clean some mold off of the vents that had mold on them but it was not expected and Blake gave me advice how to clean and take care of any mold issues I had, and I had no problems doing it myself with soap and water and (fully dry before putting back up), I was amazed by how much dust was coming out of the returns and some vents. Blake and his son were on time and he came back to do a free mold test that I still have to investigate myself, was a little disappointed that the test didn’t find any mold but he told me mold mite still be there even though test didn’t find it. But I would highly recommend Blake and his son to anyone needing air duct cleaning and mold testing but just not mold removal (cus I don’t think this company does that). Blake is also a personal guy that likes getting to know you and you’re family and you don’t see a lot of companies these days that are nice and not just out for you’re money :) he told me to contact him if I had any issues and that is amazing customer service right there :)

He was timely, accurate and followed up daily with me to make sure I was getting what I needed. Absolutely the best. 10 stars!

The serviceman went over in details what he needed to do to test to see how much mold I might have. He took samples and had the air quality tested. I do have some mold but not at a level that would cause harm. My area of concern is very dry and I purchased a unit from him that would further help r***** the growth of the mold. I plan to have this mold removed in the near future. He said that was good since the mold level was not harmful at its current state. The visit went well.

Everything went according to plan outlined by Integrity’s technician, Blake. We were informed of each step prior to execution and all of our questions were answered satisfactorily. As we are very concerned about air environment because of my sister’s liver transplant last year & subsequent immunosuppression, we found that Blake cared also & was ready to do everything he could to address our mold problems including air filter devices which have made a tremendous difference thus far. Would highly recommend hiring this company, and will continue doing business with them.

Working with Blake Bouldin was a truly great experience. He is extremely caring, compassionate and concerned about his customers health and well-being along with being very straight forward, honest and fair. Having clients in our home during covid is a concern and Blake led me through different options and came up with and excellent solution to make my wife and I along with my clients be able to work, function and live in a much safer, comfortable and cleaner environment with the ‘virus’ and all around air purification system they provided. Dust and odors we took for granted have disappeared and follow up service and contact is much appreciated and this can all be done at a fair and reasonable price. Due to Covid this past year, I have been researching air purifiers for my home and came across Integrity Energy Solutions. Blake came out, tested my air quality, and made a recommendation on one of his air purification units. I have had bad allergies and ever since the unit has been in my house, my allergies have subsided. I would highly recommend Blake and Integrity Energy.

Mr. Bouldin provided us with an honest and thorough assessment of our mold concern. He followed up with us after we received the test results, went over the results, and gave us good suggestions for solving our mold concern.
