Description of Work: They removed our old deck and built a beautiful new EzeBreeze porch. It turned out exactly the way he said it would. The process was not stressful at all, Doug was easily available via email. It was a great experience. If I ever need any work like this done again, I will call Doug. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: We had a great experience with Exterior Additions. They removed an aged deck and replaced it with a screened porch. We got other bids and recommendations, but none came close to the detail and design innovation we got from Exterior Additions. They offered us things we didn't even know to ask for, and, boy, are we happy with the result. We were thrilled with the company's responsiveness, promptness, craftsmanship, and desire to give us a space that would enhance the livability of our home. Oh, and each time an inspector came to check out a stage of the work, we were told how excellent the workmanship was. Can't ask for a better recommendation than that!

Description of Work: BUILT A BACK PORCH 14X 24 Doug Lynch is a super guy to work with. He does exatly says he will & when he will do it. he goes above and beyond to make sure you are completly satisfied with the work & progerss of the job.. His men Jeramiah, Ttater & Steven are a joy to watch & observe at their craft knew that they knew what they were doing., They aree not just ordinary porch & deck builders. They aree craftsman at their finest. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH DOUG LYNCH & EXTERIOR ADDITIONS.

Description of Work: We love our new deck! We have two levels, all in Evergrain composite, with a continuous bench around the lower deck. We wanted low-maintenance, so we went with a white composite material for our railing on the upper level. Doug Lynch had given us a design suggestion which we liked and decided to install. Once his crew was here and working, we all agreed to change the lower deck configuration, which they were happy to do. The guys were very professional, and Doug kept in regular contact with us. We also asked them to replace some rotten wood on our garage trim, which they did with a white composite material that looks great. Gotta love these composites! We looked at several of Doug's projects from a list of references he gave us. I told our neighbors how happy we were with our deck, and now two have now used Doug for their decks and a screened porch. I think they are as pleased as we were.

Free estimates are not available for insurance quotes, homes that are not owned or homes in the process of purchase. We do not service any multi-family dwellings (townhomes/condos).
