Description of Work: I have used this provider twice -- first to finish a bonus room over our garage and then in 2014 to enclose our porch with the Eze Breeze window/screen system. Each time we used Exterior Additions, we dealt with Doug Lynch, the owner. He used email to communicate with us based on our request. If we sent an email one day, it was answered about 6AM the following morning. He was very responsive on every question, and the people who work for him are polite and efficient. We would use him again in a heartbeat!

Description of Work: Doug was awesome to work with. I went through many quotes and I started with Exterior and ended up going with them in the end because of quality which was a little to be desired with some of the other companies. Doug's crew was fabulous and the on-going communication was outstanding and everything it should be when you are spending this kind of money. I will be doing business with Doug & Exterior Additions in the future and everyone raves about our new outdoor patio space.

Description of Work: Doug Lynch helped me make a tremendous decision about what would be needed to add a sunroom onto to my house. He went out of his way to discuss options and spent time answering all of my questions. My house was farther out than his usual service area so I will not be using his services. However, I would highly recommend him to anyone in his service area. I was so very impressed with his generosity of knowledge and time that I just had to write a review giving him an A rating to add to all of the other excellent reviews he has received.

Description of Work: BUILT A BEAUTIFUL SCREENED PORCH AND DECK USING TREX MATERIALS. BOTH SEAN AND DOUG AS WELL AS THE MEN WORKING FOR THEM WERE EXTREMELY POLITE AND COURTEOUS AND WERE NOT AT ALL A DISRUPTION TO HAVE AROUND THE HOME. WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE TO PLEASE THE CUSTOMER. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND WOULD DEFINITELY CONSIDER THEM FOR FUTURE PROJECTS.

We do not offer traditional glass sunrooms or heated/cooled additions. Uncovered deck/patio spaces unless in conjunction with an enclosed space. Handyman services to include, rot repair, screen repair, general upkeep, painting/staining, etc. Additions or alterations to existing covered spaces. Free estimates are not available for insurance quotes, homes that are not owned or homes in the process of purchase. We do not service any multi-family dwellings (townhomes/condos).
