Description of Work: I called and requested an estimate for chimney liner where my gas furnace vents. I was told someone would have to call me back to set up an appointment. Never heard from anyone so it appears they are too busy for new customers. I called another company highly rated on Angie's list and he immediately set my appointment for tomorrow. Would have been helpful to just be told they were backed-up rather than wasting 2 days waiting for a call back.

Description of Work: Looked at ac that was not working. motor was out. advised to replace motor. I did not use Dorton's to replace the motor, but the repairman from Dorton's showed me how to temporarily fix the ac.
