Description of Work: Contacted Difabion via their website. The feedback was that they would follow up. Have not heard from them in 4 weeks. Either they need to fix their website or not lead people to believe that they will follow up when they do not.

 + 3 moreI was a little disappointed with the tile work in the kitchen. The tile guy that they normally used had just quit and they person they chose did not do a very good job. Difabion did give me a price break and we had it redone by someone else. I m sure Difabion will again get a new tile guy that does good work, but it was unfortunate for us at the time. They were fair in giving us the price break to have it redone and it was done nicely. Everything else was done very well by Difabion. They did get the job done on time. I probably would not use the company again just because they are quite a distance from us.
Description of Work: Difabion Remodeling remodeled our master bathroom. They pretty much gutted it and put in new vanity, shower, toilet, installed new wall tile, linoleum flooring, and lighting. They also replaced our kitchen countertops and installed tile back drops. They basically contracted everything out for the various jobs.

 + -1 moreTHE OWNER CAME OUT TO TAKE A LOOK AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE SAID HE WOULD EMAIL ME A PRICE AND DETAILS BY TUESDAY OF THE NEXT WEEK. I CONTACTED HIM AFTER NOT RECEIVING AN EMAIL AND HE SAID HE WOULD GET IT OUT BY THE END OF THE NEXT DAY. THE COST WAS ON THE HIGH SIDE OF MY ESTIMATES AND I CHOSE ANOTHER COMPANY.
